I was sent here to get an MRI by my Doc I was very surprised how quick and easy it was I tend to be a bit claustrophobic but they made it quick, thankfully
Unlike many medical offices these days, the staff was very friendly and even allowed me to pay my co insurance payment in installments
Great experience that definitely stood out in comparison to other recent medical office appts

My doctor ordered a MRI for me and Integrated Diagnostic Centers — Rancho was the facility that I was assigned to get this procedure done. The scheduling is straight forward, pick a date and time that works and show up early to complete the forms you fill out at all doctors appointments.
If you show up on time, and another patient with the later appointment shows up before you, your appointment could get bumped. Just keep that in mind, because that was what happened to me.
As far as the actual MRI procedure, it is a little weird the first time, being in a small tube like enclosure and having to stay very still the entire time. The process might be a little uncomfortable, but nothing anyone that does not suffer from claustrophobia can not handle.
After the MRI is done, you can wait a few more minutes and get the X-​Ray that they produce to take to your follow up doctor’s visit, and those X-​Rays you can take home with you normally after that. The rest of the MRI scans are forwarded to your referring physician.
Overall, a very professional and time efficient experience. 4 stars. If I have to do another MRI in the future, I would come back here.
