I think Dr Gonzales is an exceptional doctor BUT his office and support staff are so incompetent I feel horrible even giving the 1 star. They don’t deserve it. Their staff should be rate as the WORST staff in ALL of Las Vegas. How these people make it to work and function is a mystery to me. After 10 years with Dr G, I have to leave because his nurse and office staff are so bad they are getting me even more sick than when I arrived. As far as customer service is concerned they simply cannot rate. Wait times, medical request etc. Its like they have NO — ZERO — NOTHING clue about how to do it. It like that got some randoms off the street and said here go run this office. I don’t know how they do it but as for me I have to go somewhere where they care about my medical care.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Dino Gonzalez for years. I’ve followed him from his private practice to the wellness center, and then to IMA. He is a good Doctor. However, since he’s been with IMA, he has been so overwhelmed that he can’t give me and my partner the time I feel we deserve. After waiting over 2 hours, he spent less than 15 minutes with us combined. It was like he was rushing us out of there. His nurse could definitely stand a tremendous amount of improvement as well and I have complained to him about her. He said that if I ever have a problem with her, to ask to speak to him. I called him on the 5th of June. He returned my call on the 14th at almost 5pm. I’ve been out of my medication since mid May and they still have not assisted the pharmacy even though they have faxed the doctors office on several occasions. I understand about the conversion, but a patient shouldn’t have to suffer because of this. It is unfortunate because he’s a nice guy and a knowledgeable physician. I don’t want another doctor, but I have to take care of me since he doesn’t have the time to do so.

New city, new doctor. while Ive been here since last April I had still been looking for a good doctor to look after me. I tried another doctor but his bedside manor was well, lacking. So after talking to some friends Dr Dino Gonzales was suggested to me Dr. Gonzales has a great disposition and is super friendly. The office has recently converted to an electronic system so its becomes more efficient and timely since the first time I visited. They also have a lab in house so you don’t have to go out for blood work. This is pretty huge in my book, easy breezy!
