Bedside manner needs to change

I accompanied my female partner in January 2015 to this office
Our experience was terrible
after the first visit my partner was called back to review her blood test results with Dr.
Naomi Cheney. Dr. Cheney told her that her results were very good and for her age she was very healthy. We both were happy to hear this diagnosis. We collected the results of her test in a document and proceeded to go home. After arriving at home
I happen to exam the test results and discovered that the test belonged to a 34 yr old women who is 36 yrs younger than my partner. We had to return for another visit and
see Dr. Cheney again with the correct results. Very careless care. Also they have this
policy about not reminding you of your next appointment. Every other medical facility
will give you a courteous call to remind you but not this office. So we missed an appointment and were charged $ 50. But it was quite OK for this office to diagnose my partner with a blood test that belonged to someone else.
Do you want to trust this Dr. and office? Find someone else. Also the office manager is rude and will not return your call. We were force to pay the $ 50. fee for a missed appointment without a courtesy call as a reminder what professional does that?
