This is the worst Doctors office to visit. The just make unnecessary follow up visits and never figure out the proble. But oh can they rack up a bill for you. My mom was sickly and they basically said«take 2 asprins and call is back in 3 months» as if she have not had a series of strokes, high blood pressure and a host of other issues that required her to be under the care of a physician. I would not refer anyone to this facility. This is by far the worst facility to go to in Las Vegas. They don’t care about their patients and they will not help you with your illness. They will charge you up the river and give you nothing in return.

they are the worse Dr. office I have ever been too. Number one, they only have student Drs. seeing you, they practice on you. They are so unorganized that my records are no were to be found. They give wrong orders for test to be done. They don’t know if test have come back. There facilities are dirty. They make you look at dirty needles in the containers in the office. They don’t even cover up the needle collector so the needles are in a full bucket to be viewed. I told them they need another container that is covered so I don’t have to looked at the damn used needles. The testing that was done for me was wrong and when the test came back the DR. said o they did the wrong testing and so now I am trying to get another test done. I called Southwest and they said they did the test that the Dr. ordered. So now I am trying to get to talk to the Drs Nurse who never calls me back to solve this problem. DON’T GO there look for another place to go for your medical needs. I feel used and not cared for at this place.

I never actually saw the doctor, just the nurse practitioner. I found the entire office incompetent and rude, this is a hostile place in a sketchy part of town. After a growth I kept complaining about with no action on their part became 3x bigger & hindered my walking, I demanded it get checked out, raising my voice, asking«How bad does it have to get?!?» They wrote me a referral to a cut-rate surgeon, Wydell Williams, who has many sanctions and keeps moving all over the country when he’s found liable for his shoddy work, even responsible for a death while under his«care». I found this office to be hostile in general, the front desk girl Erica, was the worst I’ve encountered in this town. She liked to point out my «cut-rate» insurance, which is medicaid thanks to disability. I watched her take a womans prescription,(poor woman was there on her short lunch break to correct an error, which was common) disappearing into the back, only to return a half hour later with her purse & a taco bell soda from her lunch break!!! Once she saw the patient, she just closed her window, & handed off the paper to a nurse. Whoa, this place needs to be stopped. Whenever I had an issue with the lack of care or follow ups, I was told things like, you aren’t our only patient, we have over 100 a day. I now see an actual doctor who thinks IMS is «cut-rate». Keep looking for a good doctor’s office, where you aren’t just a number. Shameful.

«I don’t get sick.» One should never utter those words because they will eventually come back and bite you in the butt. I haven’t been sick in years. So long, in fact, that I only have the kind of doctor who attends to female issues. So, when the cough that I developed last week was still with me this week and starting to cause me pain, zap my energy, and keep me from training, I knew it was time to consult with someone and get some drugs. I was referred to IMS by one of my friends at work. I called them at 8:00am and they were able to give me a same day appointment at 1:30pm. I was told to show up by 1:00pm to do paperwork and I did just that. I was called into the back office by 1:35pm, height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, and temp readings were all taken and the doctor was in the room by 1:45. The doctor listened to my heart, looked down my throat and in my ears, and was very thorough as far as medical history and what led up to me getting sick. He never acted like he was in a hurry and made sure that he answered any questions that I had. At 2:10pm, I walked out with a script for a Z-Pak and newfound hope that my misery would soon be ending.
