Engaged to drain and clean pool. Did not have proper equipment to do the job upon arrival after prior inspection. Allowed drain line to create sewage backflow into home. Took no responsibility for actions for a mess that took over a day to clean up. Purported to be knowledgeable about plumbing and pipes yet anyone familiar with plumbing is aware of backflow preventers and even the auto fill systems have a backflow device installed. Engaged in strong arm tactics to get away without taking responsibility for actions.
If I could give a black hole rating instead of a star I would.
