Very good service and follow-through…almost a little too good and anxious to install. Good workmanship and timeliness which is what matters.

JK Glass is NOT the place or people you want to go to if you like excellent customer service and/​or response times. My husband contacted them multiple times for a window repair. Thru email and phone calls never got responses back. No follow up. It was obvious they didn’t want our business. I would have given zero stars for «Run dont walk away from this business» but was unable to.
