Kenny and I go way back together. We’ve had a decade long love/hate relationship where I hated him since he made me pay over $ 250 for a pair of hipster shoes, and loved him(like go down if he asked me to) when I was able to BOGO pretty much at his outlet. Too bad my fav pair of Simplicity shoe was discontinued. Service has always been very good-excellent at the Premium outlets. Not sure what crazies are out there, but some peeps need to relax.

I stop into this store when in town. They always have slacks and shirts that work well for work clothes at very reasonable prices. Their sales person Ubia has helped my last two visits and is excellent. She even remembered me from a visit 6 months prior. She was very attentive and made sure I had the right sizes for everything even if it wasn’t on the rack. I appreciated the fantastic service at an outlet store.

What do you get when you cross a fake outlet store managed by a washed up Old Queen(OQ) and out of town shoppers? Bait and Switch. That’s what you get. Although they stated 70% off this rack, when it did not ring up properly, the OQ refused to honor the price stated and advertised. We had literally just pulled the item off the rack that the employee had stated was 70% the marked price. OQ proceeds to accuse us of moving items to that rack. Wow. Great customer service. The price discrepancy amounted to around 12 dollars. We had around 150 dollars worth of merchandise. So for 12 bucks, this Old Queen let us walk. I suppose when you are old, alone and working at an outlet store you obviously just don’t give an F anymore. I forgot to factor that in. My advice is to skip this place and buy your K. Cole items at any of the other outlet malls/malls in Vegas.

If you like that New York look with lots of blacks and grays, KC is the outlet store for you. This outlet store has become one of my standard shopping detours, when visiting Vegas.

They carry a good inventory and the staff is really friendly. I walked in for a quick shopping and stayed there for hours thanks to Brandon, he was extremely helpful and pretty much became my personal shopper during my time there. Very happy.

Friendly staff, clean store, very comfortable women’s shoes and great deals. Got a $ 60 soft shirt for $ 20! Women’s pumps are super comfy. Sales staff there to help as well if you need it.

This is a premium brand with equally premium prices. The leather bags cost more than Coach and Dooney at times .I saw a sale once; the bag price was $ 79.00 but that was short-lived. The shoes, although in a neatly organized section, was also pricey. I did spot the lower end of the Kenneth Cole brand, Unlisted, wallets for $ 14.99 that looked tempting but I didn’t bite. With my experience in browsing, we simply do not go here much. But this store is good if you are a fan of the brand and would like to pay lower prices.

KC was having a pretty good sale. I ended buying a dress that was originally $ 100, marked down to $ 80, then $ 40. During this sale, everything in the store was an additional 50% off. So, got a one sleeve, black slinky dress for $ 22! Cashiers were friendly and the associates were helpful. The store was crazy and there was merchandise everywhere. It was looking for boots but it was too chaotic to find matching pairs.

KC has gotten trendier over the years, but I think all the items from past granny years were transferred to this outlet location. Think: Mom pants Wide heeled shoes Clogs This is the stuff that I’m pulling out of my closet to DONATE for a deduction.
