no «welcome» to walk in customers, no «I’ll be with you in a moment» for walk in customers, no buzzer on the door for walk in customers to even make the crew aware we are«here». Everyone seemed to be concentrating on the drive thru business which I could have done that — the drive thru, but after having read previous Unilocal comments — I thought walking in would be better. There were only 2 vehicles which just pulled up — into the drive thru as I walked in, yet, again, no welcome, and everyone was concentrating on getting the drive thru orders done and out the window. My question would be and was when I paid for my order — why are you all so afraid of your drive thru business… This store could be doubling their income… heads up — greetings made — acknowledgment of customers in the lobby —(oh and then… asking me… is it ok if your chicken tenders are small?,…and my reply I want to say is it ok if I just pay you half price for them then?) ****if, you are in a hurry — do the drive thru; if not walk in… it’s a circus… you might enjoy it***

— Rude employees — Cold food — Missing items — Dirty/smelly drive thru — Long wait(as the only customer) Avoid this KFC, too much went wrong for this experience to have been an accident. Im guessing a disgruntled manager has gone rouge.

So I haven’t been to a kfc since the bad experience I had on the one on lake mead that was the dirtiest fast food restaurant I’ve been in for at least the last 5 years. I don’t like this kfc because they charge you $.39 for using a visa check card, even if you use it as a visa with no pin. I have to use my regular credit card here to avoid the $.39 transaction fee kfc charges. I don’t remember any other major chain restaurant that charges you extra to eat there. I give them one star and don’t recommend this kfc

Went to KFC for the first time in years. Most fast food places forget something or give u the wrong order on occasion so I rarely use drive thru. I entered KFC& was greeted by a lovely young lady with a big smile. She was patient with me trying to figure out what to order since I didn’t have a friggin clue as to the menu She made a suggestion which worked out great. The lady who packed my order was all smiles & very pleasant. Order was right. Was given plenty of sauces. This location was spotless. The food was fine. Still HOT when I got it home & on the table. Chicken was crispy & perfectly cooked. Biscuits were perfect, mac n cheese lasted all of 3 minutes on the table, coleslaw about 5 minutes. Kids were happy. A tiny bit salty(for me) but actually about the best fast food fix I’ve had in a long time. Will definitely return next time we need a junk food fix.

Wow where do I begin, i ordered a popcorn chicken meal mashed potatoes gravy and coleslaw with a drink what i got was charged separately for each item instead of being charged for a meal instead of 8 dollars or so I paid 12 dollars and was given no biscuit no napkins no forks no hot sauce and the popcorn chicken was burnt and the cashier window guy was a total DUFFUS his name is BART of all things but it does not seem to matter this place has been the worst of all the KFC, s I ever ate at. They just seem to have a habit of hiring the biggest screw ups I have ever did business with! I am used to getting parts of my order wrong with these morons but tonight took the cake they win the morons of the universe award!!!

Wasted my time and gas driving to this facility on my lunch break to find that they had no grilled chicken available, which is specific to my dietary needs. What kind of chicken place doesn’t have all varieties of chicken available? This isn’t the first time this has happened.

This KFC store needs some training in customer service and food preparation. I received my order of dry chicken and crushed biscuits through the drive-thru. My bucket of chicken was placed on top of my biscuits. I was hungry and reached in to sample a chicken breast on the way home. I couldn’t eat the chicken because it was old and dry. With no desire to go back and complain and having promised my kids fried chicken, we tossed the bucket of chicken en route to another KFC. It will be a long hiatus before I venture to this location again. As part of the Visa merchant agreement, it stipulate that debit card holders cannot be charged a surcharge for using their card. They also claim that no debit card transaction earns a fee that is charged to the merchant. They claim this happens only on credit card purchases using Visa(not debit). It is amazing that companies are getting away with this. (check it out for yourself: ) Read and educate yourself( )

Fast food is not my thing but hostess of get together burned chicken so I grabbed some on the way after looking online at menu. Grilled option was actually good and while high in sodium, calorie content wasn’t bad especially compared to the regular fried chicken! Fast and pleasant service at drive thru.

I’ve been to this particular KFC location at least 10 times over the past 8 years and I won’t return again. Not because of the food quality, as the chicken has been consistently good. But because the wait times for chicken breasts are FOREVER + 1DAY! Unfortunately, tonight was no different! It doesn’t matter if you order original or extra crispy, it’s always the same song and dance with these people that rarely have more than 4 breasts prepared and ready to go. The drive-thru is the worst! After you place your order, they do not disclose the wait time. AFTER you pay at the window, they ask you«it will be x # of minutes, is that ok?» Umm, what choice do I have at this point?! I’m hungry, my family asked for KFC, I ordered, I paid and now you want me to do what… go park around the corner of the KFC building and somebody will bring it out to you when it’s ready. Geez! If I wanted to wait longer than 15 minutes for my chicken, I wouldn’t go to a fast food chain. It was once again, not a good drive-thru experience last night! Out of spite, I think I might open a Popeye’s or Church’s around the corner! But out of respect to Colonel Sanders, I will patronize a different KFC instead! Closest other KFC locations I know of are Trop/Ft Apache or Cheyenne/Rampart.

Check your order before leaving the drive thru. This is the second time this location has messed up. I won’t be back.

I have three things to say about KFC…1. They have the best F’ing coleslaw ever…2.Its total bs that they charge 25 cents extra for each dipping sauce for my chicken strips. TOTALBS…3.almost everytime i eat this i get a reaction from it but man i love it as im eating it… KFC is a heart attacking waiting to happen but at least you will go with a greasy mouth… and a smile

It is what it is. A chain that is predictable in every manner– I do not mean that as a bad thing or a good thing, just, its KFC. Service was fast and reliable. I think they charge extra to use a debit card– which is dumb, and the sole reason I would go across the street to Albertson’s to get fried or baked chicken instead. Nothing remarkable and nothing terrible. Exactly what we should expect from KFC, minus the debit card fee.

I got in quick did ordered but it did take over 15 minutes to get my food. If you are working with a 30 minute lunch. That’s not good

One should never expect much from fast food, and I don’t. Is it really common practice to not have what you sell available? There really aren’t many fast food choices in this area — or I wouldn’t have subjected myself to the standard 20 minute wait time again. I’m sitting in the lot waiting it out for the Colonel. You know what really grinds my gears? This specific KFC. The worst. Ever. Unreal. Ok I feel like the kind gesture from the team made it right. There’s that :)

I used to LOVE Kentucky Fried Chicken when I was a kid in Ohio. I haven’t had it since moving to Vegas, and thought I’d have some for nostalgia’s sake. I knew it isn’t healthy– it’s salty and greasy– but I was prepared. But I wasn’t prepared. This chicken was so salty that parts of it were barely palatable. I had someone else taste it and they said it was saltier than they remember. Another problem was the biscuits. They were totally smashed and misshapen, which was strange because they were just sitting in the box on top of the chicken. They must’ve been squished before they gave them to me. Why would you purposely give a customer an inferior product? I don’t know if it’s just this particular location but I may never get KFC again. They ruined my good memories.

It’s a KFC. Nothing fantastic, nothing bad. I will point out that Keihana(I think that’s how the name is spelled) was probably one of the most efficient drive-thru people here and I like the fact that at most fast food places I have to check the order, but she actually checked for me before handing it over and found that they had not put in an order of large wedges. I mean really. She checked so I didn’t have to do so. And that’s hella awesome. You sometimes don’t even get people that do that from curb-side service from better restaurants.

Wow this KFC should’ve been the first one to close down instead of all the other good ones that got shut down! Ordered a 6 piece family meal, they give me ONE ranch sauce. So which piece of chicken gets ranch huh? Was craving Mac and cheese all day. Got so excited to go home and eat my Mac and cheese. Guess what?! They gave me mashed potatoes. Is it that flipping hard to get an order right? Besides the mistake I think the ranch sauce pissed me off the most. I get it, places are becoming more stingy, but ONE ranch sauce for SIXPIECEFAMILYMEAL?! Seriously?! If it wasn’t because the three closest KFCs to me being shut down, I would’ve never went here. Never will again!
