Dr. Clark Jean at the CCCN office on Peak Blvd. referred us to this CCCN office to see Dr. Curtis. The first thing they did was give us the same packet of forms to fill out. I asked why and the said it was because of different owners, CCCN is a franchise, like Taco Bell, and they don’ t share info. After waiting for an hour to see Dr. Curtis, we left.

This guy is a liar, told me he was going to put 32 radiation seeds in my prostate, when I awoke from procedure I had 94 seeds implanted. march 20th 2014 will be one year since I had procedure done and I am still in misery (burning in penis when I urinate, getting up 2 to4 times a night to urinate) if you come in contact with this guy, run as fast as you can!
