Okay. I think I can go with 2 paragraphs. Still struggling…
No emergency number on phone or cell number on cards at the time I sought treatment. I had to contact the dental association once to find someone to consult with when an implant failed. I had to drive up once to schedule because voicemail wasn’t responded to. On another occasion I believe one of the phone lines didn’t get paid, so a recording told me the telephone line was no longer in service and, of course, this office didn’t appear to keep regular hours, so I thought they really did shut their doors.
And I got quite ill. They were not on top of it. I think it was an old chronic infection but the direction I was given was poor and fraught with miscommunication that almost seemed purposefully twisted. You just couldn’t trust things to be handled. Didn’t know what you were going to get.
