This place is ridiculous. We dealt with a salesperson by the name of Kevin. He came to our house and drew a detailed diagram with measurements and took 1.5 hours to get the measurements and draw the diagram. We were looking to install laminate and carpeting. We told him upfront that we were interested in financing the purchase as well. He then called us and asked us to go into the showroom and we did and picked out several samples we were interested in. He tells us he will get us an estimate the next day. The next day we get a one sentence email saying that due a company merger there is no financing and after all the time spent he couldnt even give us an estimate. Avoid this place at all costs, they will waste your time.
