Las Vegas Metabolic and Hormonal Medicine

I had an appointment for six weeks with Dr. Donald Tice and had my insurance approved with them three times. Nevada Health Coop is my insurance provider. I was told there was no problem. I never received a confirmation call like most doctors do. I drove the 25 miles to his office and filled out a ton of paper work only to be told that his office doesn’t take NHC. I called NHC and they called the office manager and they confirmed this. I had also confirmed that he was an insurance provider with NHC. I wasn’t given any explanation. I had nothing but trouble with his office staff. One office worker even ushered me out in the hall when I was on the phone with NHC. They could have cared less and wanted to take me as a cash patient. Las Vegas Hormonal and Metabolic Clinic wasted six weeks trying to get medical help and my entire morning. I checked with my physician and she said this is nothing but a money making racket.
