Dr Averilla was amazing. She was able to effectively and relatively painlessly remove a pretty large skin tag. Will be returning to Averilla for future service and recommend her to friends.

I would like to thank Dr. Averilla and her awesome staff. I was in Vegas for 10 days and has forgotten my Latisse. Worried that my eye lashes would dwindle away to nothing, I immediately started calling around. No one could help me or they were completely out of Latisse.
Every place except for this great place. They had ONE BOTTLE left and said they would hold it for me. I came back for my appointment with the doctor and was quickly out the door with my Latisse. I thank you and my lashes thank you. What great customer service…

Dr. A has the best bedside manner. She is very honest as well. She removed a huge skin tab that left a little scarring, but nothing noticeable. Skin tag scars also take a month or so to go away. I couldn’t get the laser done now for acne scarring, so the doc suggested Bellederm, a skin care line. It works wonders on acne and overworked skin. I am definitely coming back for facials and treatments.

Dr. Averilla is one of the sweetest doctors and also very well knowledge. Before anything is done she takes the time to explain the entire procedure and answer any questions I may have.
I usually come in for my routinely microdermabrasion and my skin is at its best. Her products and fillers are the best.
At Love your body, I have also had some skin tags removed from my neck. The procedure was fast and painless; no scars were left.

I went twice to remove some moles and skin tags and was very happy with the results. I did place small round bandages for like 3 – 5 days till the skin looked totally normal, and that was it… She was very nice. and professional. She is a certified Skin Surgeon. Cant get better than that. plus her costs are very affordable! I would recommend her to anyone!

Prior to going to Dr Averilla, I have gone to several high end spas and NEVER received the quality of service provided at her spa. Most places try and convince you to pay for treatments that are not needed and get you in and out. The staff members are very welcoming and helpful. Dr Averilla goes above and beyond to explain all procedures and goes to great lengths to ensure that you are always satisfied with the results. For this and many more reasons, I will continue to go back to her.

Shame on you Dr. Averilla! Your response was saying that I knew the effects and I had a hurry event that did not let my own skin heal? If so, why would I let you did this to me before my «hurry event»? Please make something up more logical.
If you have done this correctly, why would you gave me full refund immediately after I told you what a dermatologist said about this procedure? The pictures can show how aggressive and how big of the wounds from the procedure that you Dr. Averilla take «great pride of».
I think you should focus on your full-​time job at UMC as a family doctor. After a full day work in the hospital, you may get tired and that’s really dangerous to all patients in your spa.

Came in again for cystic acne and Dr. Averilla, Nelson and Lisa treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. I inquired about optional treatment therapies and Dr. went through each procedure and option that would help my adult acne. I highly recommend her services and her spa for any treatments because I truly trust her expertise and knowledge and I know she would tell me the best treatment plans for my specific needs.

Dr. Avila responded to my post saying that she takes pride in the work she does and that she only makes recommendations on what a patient should consider having done. Dr. Avila, you advertise yourself as a dermatologist with years of experience your patients come in to your office trusting you and your recommendations. Based upon my experience as well as other Unilocalers your recommendations are not only incompetent but dangerous. You should be ashamed of yourself. I am confident that your unethical practices will catch the attention of medical boards. I hope that your license is rightfully revoked.

OMG! I had the most amazing experience ever! I think I’ve found the diamond in the rough! I was unsure about going to a new place but once I arrived I was treated like a Queen! The office staff was welcoming and answered all of the questions and concerns I had. They didn’t make me feel like my questions were silly. They were cheerful and very upbeat! The office was clean and very relaxing!
I had the world’s BEST massage by Ms. Tanisha! I don’t know what she did to relax me into this wonderful state of bliss but it was completely astounding! I explained to her about my previous injuries and she LISTENED and complied completely with my wishes!
I recommend this facility to EVERYONE! You will definitely thank me for this advice!

What a great experience!!! The office is bright, cheery andv welcoming. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. I came here for a massage from Tanisha it was hands down the best massage that I’ve received in my life! I can’t wait to return.

The Dr gave me such a cheap price for wart removal compared to the dermatologists. I won’t lie radio frequency hurt like HELL but she dealt with me kicking and screaming and cursing without complaining. Thanks dr!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Alverilla for over 5 years for Juvederm on my lips and I must say she is the best doctor I’ve been to. She’s so sweet and gentle, takes her time with the procedure. I never feel rushed when I’m there. I strongly disagree about the negative reviews about how the spa looks. This is not a 5 star spa that you’ll find on the strip, but I can give the service a 5 star. I’m always happy when I leave and can’t wait to return for my next visit!

Just had botox, juviderm and Obagi Radience peel!!! Omg!!! Love the Doctor and the staff! Def coming back!

I went to this spa. Wish I never heard of it before! Paid for (2) units of filler product for a touch up. Didn’t work! Went back in doctor told me I needed more! Only a touch up, never used more than 1.6 units at once and that was my first use when you do use more. She used (2) more units of product! No effect again! Went back to doctor and called several times. She became aggressive and told me that I must drink alcohol or use drugs that made me forget how much we used, where we used, or forget what I looked like before, AND that I needed even more product! Yeah right! Do I look that stupid? Have been back and forth with her about it. She has not issued a refund or offered any solution for over 60 days now. Went to another doctor — plastic surgeon — like I normally due, purchased my regular amount and it worked fine! New doctor also stated that there was NO WAY I could have that much of real product injected by her. My face would be exploding, not in need of more product. Also, when I first came in with a coupon to this place the doctor said it was expired. I said it was not I just got it and it was good for two more weeks according to coupon and had her look closely at it again. She reluctantly gave me the sale price, but then administered double the product to make the total bill amount what it would have been at full price — WITH NO EFFECT. She also said that people had been to her office prior to my appointment trying to sell imitation product but sent them away. Really? I will NOT go there again. I am out $ 1600 with no results!!!

I go to this spa for regular facials and the usual microdermabrasion. The aesthetician, Catherine, is very thorough with her work and gives great shoulder massages. I also found that their products are very effective in helping me manage my acne. Prices are reasonable compared to other spas.
