Unfortunately this is the only mcdonalds I live close enough to. Just now I went through the drive thru. We’ll you see, I had ordered an iced coffee caramel, light ice, with extra caramel, and 20 extra creams. This mcdonalds NEVER gets it right. It seriously isn’t that hard considering I’ve worked for mcdonalds before. I tried the drink that the woman at the drive though handed me and it seriously tasted like watered down stale coffee. I was so mad. How can you mess up coffee??! So I handed it back and told her it was supposed to have 20 creams in it and extra caramel. So she takes my drink and did not close her drive thru window. She mocked me in a way and said«this was supposed to have 20 creams» while raising her eyebrows. She then again hands me my drink and again, I tasted it and no fucking extra caramel. SERIOUSLY. so I say, can I pay for extra caramel? She then says I have to drive back atound. And the. States she has no register. I said no. It’s just caramel. She says there is a car behind me. I then said, well I’m here now. And so then I took my self back around the drive though and demanded a refund. The point here was she could have just taken my 30 cents and gave me my caramel, served her next order then rang it up. I’m so sick of this location. It always has bums loitering in the parking lot, and in the drive thru. The inside seems like it ALWAYS needs to be recleaned. I feel gross just opening the door. It gets a 1 star because the manager was actually polite to me.

Worst customer service! I’ve been here twice. I came in for breakfast– no one in front of me, but it took over 15 minutes because the 5 women at the front were too busy gossiping to take or fill my number 6 order. Came in for lunch with a friend on our lunch break when we were at a professional development seminar. We stood in line for several minutes waiting for the woman standing at the register to stop looking at her co-workers and notice we were there. Finally one of her co-workers noticed us and came over to her register saying«I’ll take you over here.» So we left the register we were at and went to the other woman’s register at which point she literally noticed someone she knew and left her register with 2 paying customers starting to place their orders. She went into the dining area and started talking to the guy and ignored our existence from that point on.(He was wearing a beige long-sleeved shirt and tie– I think he might have actually been a manager there and yet he didn’t course-correct her behavior.) We tried to go back to the first register, but a couple had gotten in line there and somehow the woman had noticed them. The couple got into an argument and we had to wait for them to finish before we could finally order. We were finally able to place our orders(would’ve left if our lunch break wasn’t running out) and sat down for my friend to finish her salad. After looking at a bunch of tables we gave up on trying to find a clean one and settled for one with ketchup smeared around it and sandwich and fries crumbs all over. With how unsanitary the tables are, makes me wonder how clean the cooking conditions are. They are clearly not interested in our service, so we see no reason to go back. I really wish we’d caught some of their names so they could get the fame they deserve

My office is 4 blocks away so this is my go to place for an iced coffee or ice cream cone while going to and from Court. Always go through the drive through and am shocked at how friendly and smiling the staff is. Problems with staff not providing receipts now appear to be fully resolved. And unlike other places, my order has never been shorted, and if I say«no ice» I don’t see ice in my drink.

I’m not sure why I’m even reviewing this, but the drive-through service was pretty bad… as always. I’m giving this 2 stars because it is to be expected at McDonalds and yet I still continue to get my iced coffee there… otherwise I’d give it 1.

This Mcdonalds location needs to be shut down. Poor poor Customer Service. Employees do not care about you. They all looked like they just got out of bed and rolled on to work(minus the pajama and fluffy slippers) The employees do not have expression on their faces it’s like talking to a cyborg! Went thru drive thru and worst experience. These ppl do not deserve $ 15/hr. Im sorry. If i can give them zero star I would. and McDonald’s wondering why profits are low?

The service at this location is terrible. Today, I walked into the restaurant and there were several people waiting for their orders but no in line at the counter. I went up to the counter, and waited for a server to take my order. After eight minutes(and three servers) went by, someone finally asked if I had been helped. This was definitely NOT an improvement as she could not get my order right(a Big Mac and large iced tea). Then when I tried to correct the order she gave me a very bad attitude. Need less to say, I ended up walking out and going to the Carl’s Jr across the street. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Horrible place to eat. Food is was cold and meh even by McDonald’s standards. They only offer 1 free refill and keep the bathrooms locked so hope if you have kids they are not the«wait til the last moment» types. They tore tons of seats out to put large U booths and the only register they keep open is the one that they don’t have a card reader on so cash only. I guess McDonalds as a whole is trying to go upscale fast food like Chipotle or something. Someone should tell them you can spend thousand on giving your establishment a facelift but bleh food and crappy policies are going to hurt you.

I have been to this McDonald’s location TWICE in the past month. Service is always excellent. The food is fantastic. It’s a very nice McDonald’s, and even though it’s not very new, it’s kept up well. I’ll definitely be back, as I have business dealings in the Neighborhood. I have never had a language barrier problem as another reviewer mentioned. Everyone I’ve contacted inside the restaurant and at the drive thru silk have spoken English. If you like McDonald’s, you’ll like this location. Very friendly, very tasty, and clean.

Worst one I’ve eve been too! I was number 205 and I waited for ever and ever, and the manager was giving out the food and saw me standing there forever and she didn’t ask me what my order was or anything. It got up to 216 when the cashier had to ask me what my order was. So slow and disorganized and barely any space to eat and sit down.

My mom and I went here for sodas around the night I moved back, they tasted normal. My husband and I got sodas this morning and I cant even describe how awful they tasted! We promptly threw them out and went somewhere else. On top of that the panhandlers and drug addicts asking for money(both times) is ridiculous. Plus, we could barely understand the lady talking through the order box in the drive through. Don’t go here!

We are retired and have gone to this McDonald’s since they built it two blocks from our house. This last year it has gone down hill. They are out of things often, week after week. The service has become poor. Some of the long time employees are good but the bad now outweighs the good at that location. The street people hitting you up in the drive through and inside but the managers will do nothing about them. Talked to the owner and he said he would see thing get better but they did not. After all these years we decided we no longer need McDonald’s and have not been in three months. We have ten grandkids that are not missing it either. Poor service has cost them a lot when you think about it over the years.
