Mesa Ridge Apartments

2 years ago Danielle and her father allowed my boyfriend and I to move out a month early. At least that’s what they (Danielle’s father, don’t remember his name) said. They often discounted our rent because my boyfriend helped them clean empty apartments. I thought I could trust their word because they have changed prices because we helped so much… nope. Years later — getting sued for a pet we didn’t have and a month of rent that we were told we didn’t have to pay. Trying to find a contact to owners and get discouraged to see it’s family owned. I hope it’s not Danielle’s dad who used us and then sued. Great location, VERY dishonest and untrustworthy people!

I love living here. The staff is super nice, and everything gets done on time as far as maintenance. I would rate it 5 stars, but there’s an issue with people not picking up after their dogs. I have two dogs, and we pick up after them, but we get blamed because other dog owners don’t pick up after them. Other than that, Its a fantastic place to live! The apartments are well maintained, and the top floors have beautiful vaulted ceilings.

Office staff is fantastic. Very personable and polite. A lot of integrity with the owners and employees.
Great location to live and the view is amazing.
Prices are very reasonable and the homes are cozy and laid out perfectly.

I recently had a house fire and I was in an emergency and I needed to find an apartment real quick. I went to Mesa Ridge Apartments and I talked to Danielle in the front office. Danielle is the nicest person and she was very helpful. She made my move easy and non– stressful. Van is nice as well. I’m in the one bedroom and my apt was very clean and maintained when I moved in. I like to work out and they have a nice gym. I would recommend these Apartments to anyone.

The location is perfect, quite but close to freeways. The maintenance man named Van is very good. Responds to calls very quickly. The girls in the front office are very helpful and fun to chat with as well. I would recommend these units for sure.

I lived in these apartments for a year and six months.
I loved it.
It it wasn’t for some hard times financially, I would still be there in my 2 bedroom.
I had a one bedroom for a year, and then moved to a 2 bedroom. I have a lot of stuff and was feeling crowded.
The units are BEAUTIFUL and very well maintained.
My favorite thing about this apartment complex though, is that it is family owned and operated. Danielle in the office is probably one of the nicest people I have ever met in my entire life.
She helped me out SO much when I first moved in, and if I had any issues with anything she was always there to help.
I remember calling about getting the bug guy to come in, because I kept seeing baby roaches… she had him come in as soon as possible to spray, and he even set traps out… i didn’t see another bug unless it was dead, and that was only for a short time after he came out.
I really wish that I was able to move back out on my own, but its just too cheap where I’m at now ($ 300 a month in a house with roommates… can’t beat that)…but I would recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to live in a nice apartment with a great office staff. My only issue was the fact that I had to climb three flights of stairs everyday. ;)
