My Tight Face

Beginning from consultation there was much false hope, and not much thoroughness in what I was receiving for the cost of each package, the focus was more on how much I planned to spend. Day of appointment I was told to switch services discussed and to switch rooms at last minute, which made me feel uneasy and question her professional knowledge of skincare. During procedure she continuously exited the room while trying trying to work in other clients when I made a specific Saturday appointment hoping for complete attention during my procedure. At check out I was told I owed $ 50 in addition to what I was originally quoted for and was told it was for numbing cream. Which was never discussed prior or during procedure or consultation. Her services did not deliver what was discussed. She told me I had to continue appointments in order to see results and skin tightening alone would not provide the results, I would also need Botox injections after primarily leading me on to believe it would be the solution after the initial visits. I would not return for skin tightening as that procedure did not deliver after spending $ 1500. Acne treatment was 2^nd treatment, gave 50% results, still some spots it was not very effective. I would definitely seek a more well rounded Dr., Or esthetics clinic after more research to have any future procedures as I am not a satisfied client. Save your hard earned money!

I went for a free consultation. The place was dusty. The woman who gave my free consultation was in a dirty tee shirt. Her acrylic nails had months of regrowth and were a very poor job. It was too cost thousands of dollars and decided I would be better off else where.
I received a phone call from My Tight Face wanting to know why I had not booked. The woman would not take NO for an answer. Finally I told her why I decided not to use their services.
Next thing the woman from the consultation is calling me back screaming you FAT F — k! She continued using profanities. I never answered her and let her vent.
I called My Tight Face back and told the woman to tell her that I know now I made the right decision.

Update: after being contacted by other «customers «of my tight face here on Unilocal, I have been informed that she is talking about my treatment– the issues I had– and my medical background to others here on Unilocal…
HIPPA violations —
And now she has even made a public statement about me on Unilocal. More HIPPA violations.
If she «REFUSED service» then I will now be requesting a return of $ 2000 I paid for services SHE PROVIDED. Plus an amount for pain and suffering for embarrassment in public by release of private information —
Which she has just done AGAIN!
She had her receptionist call in Dec. 2015 to offer me to come back for a touch up appointment for $ 100 MORE ! Hmmm? Still calling me? Refused treatment? ??
Save yourself this pain and embarrassment! Go to a licensed Doctor who specializes in these treatments.

I had a great time. I haven’t seen myself in a mirror yet but I have a feeling I’m gonna love the results. The staff was great. I knew I was in good hands. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for microdermabrasion and laser treatment.
