Dr. Heinrich is one of the best Orthodontists in town! He does top notch work at affordable prices. He is an outstanding member of the community and you should look no further when considering work for yourself or your children.

I had braces twice in my life (the bright silver kind, but at least I didn’t sport the head gear) — the first being when I was in junior high school (don’t think that I had it long enough, though– 1.5 years) and the second, in adulthood (also 1.5 years). This is the office where I went to for the remainder of my visits, but the office I started with, was just around the corner from my house on E. Sahara (no longer open).
I had them put in (just the uppers) on February 14, 2004– why I chose Valentine’s Day, is a mystery to me, maybe because it was a saturday morning (convenience). My cheeks were pretty puffy that day (ok, it was painful the whole time). I had them for 1.5 years and then I continued to wear the retainer. My overbite was fixed and I was happy with the results. Of course, I had to avoid biting into apples and super sticky foods, but since I was familiar, it wasn’t a problem. I did look pretty nerdy in pictures, though. And strangely, my husband, who was my boyfriend, at the time, found them sexy (different strokes for different folks, right).
The facility is very nice. The customer service is outstanding– all the people at the front desk are very nice and personable. The appointments were always on time (unlike some doctor appointments). There are saturday office hours, which is very convenient, for many people. Both of the orthodontists were very good– not rough at all. I can’t recall their names at this time, though.
I chose financing with a down payment. Every month, on the same day, the payment was taken from my checking account. This was also convenient for me. I can’t tell you specifics but I’m pretty sure I still have the receipts in my files. (I think I appreciated the experience more since I was paying for it, this time! I was pretty careful with my retainers– didn’t lose them).
