Office Depot

Should we start off the review with the positives about this Office Depot location? The parking is plentiful and location is great. There are tons of nearby shops and eateries for anything that you can think about needing to buy. There’s a Target nearby!
I swung by here a in December of 2015. Yes, it was December. Yes, I was probably in finals week or some other crazy schedule (that’s medical school for you). I was in sweats and a hoodie and probably hadn’t shaved in a week or two.
As soon as I stepped into the store and began looking around, the shift supervisor/​manager looked at me from behind the counter and started with ‘Can I help you find something?’ Friendly customer service? Maybe. Fast forward a minute or two later. I was walking around and browsing. The same manager came up to me again and asked the same thing. No I didn’t need help. At this point, I had suspicions that she was suspicious of me. I briskly walked around a couple of aisles to see if I would be followed. Low and behold. I was. From that moment on, there was never a moment that I was in the store without a ‘friendly employee’ looking at me/​over my shoulder.
I never felt embarrassed shopping/​browsing before, so this was a first. I was so over the situation that I didn’t want to finish shopping and just dropped everything and left.
Now I’m not positive they were worried about me shoplifting or if it was just a strange coincidence and they were being overly friendly? Probably not the latter. One thing I know for sure is that I’m never headed to this location again.

It’s an Office Depot. It seems older and smaller than other Depot locations. But it’s conveniently located in the Target shopping center. It’s nearly always empty. The staff are quite helpful and usually pleasant. And despite being small-​ish, they usually have everything you are looking for (plus more). So for all my toner and paper needs, this is where I head.

Our visit to Office Depot tonight was exceptional. We walked in and were promptly greeted by one of the employees I believe his name was Jace. Very informative and all around pleasant employee. He assisted us with picking a printer and gave us a lot of useful information we have never received from any other supply store. The manager took over and continued to assist us with great customer service. The last employee we interacted with was the cashier again very professional and had a positive attitude. I was so impressed with our experience that i had to review and give these guys 5 stars. Experiences like this is what makes me want to return to a business. A job well done

I absolutely love this place and the staff. They’re always REALLY nice and SUPER helpful. Jennifer is always quick with what I need printed and knows what’s to suggest. Alex is very sweet and also very pleasant to work with.
Thanks guys! I come here for all my printing needs and will continue to!
Heads up though, the paper cuter in the printing department should probably be replaced. Printing photos and having them shredded when I need nice clean cuts is a little frustrating. Especially when they’re head shots for an interview.

Our visit last night to this Office Max/​Office Depot (merged) was nothing less than exceptional.
The store offered convenient parking, was clean and well stocked.
Our shopping experience was less than 15 minutes in/​out the door. My son needed a new All-​In-​One printer for going back to school. We had no specific product in mind prior to shopping.
Ken, the store manager, offered his immediate assistance without going on a search & rescue mission to seek somebody to guide us in the right direction. Ken displayed professional salesmanship skills inquiring what our needs were and presented features/​benefits to a few options based on our needs.
Joe, at the cash register, was very friendly and completed our transaction quickly. Upon leaving with our new printer, Joe thanked us for shopping w/​them. It sounded sincere, especially after reading the sticker on the exit glass door reading «Thank you for shopping with us.»
Both Ken and Joe helped provide an excellent shopping experience! We’ll be back again!

This is MY office supply store! Love the manager, Ken, and love the Assistant Manager, Alma! Do take advantage of the rewards points and online coupons to get the bang for your buck! :-)

There are several people who work here and it seems like when there is a line waiting at the ONE check out they have open by the printer cartridges, it takes a really long time before someone takes notice and opens another register. The person at the check out does not make the effort to notify anyone of a line, the people in the copy section just hang out and chit chat with each other instead of offering to help. Actually the only time I have seen them take someone from the line to help is when told to do so by the manager.
You would think a place would pride themselves on customer service but not here and not sure why. Oh well, it here or Staples which actually has cheaper prices on some of the same items.

Excellent customer service. Walked in and got help right away from Les. Super attentive and very friendly.

Needed supplies. Everyone here is helpful and assisted me in finding what I came looking for.
They have a loyalty points program and accept other office supply stores coupons (and I forgot mine!!!).
I like this location since it’s close to all he stores I normally visit. It’s very convenient.

Sometimes the employees are super helpful and friendly and sometimes they are dull and unexcited! They stock quite a bit of supplies and the store is clean.

This place never has what I’m looking for, their prices are high and the employees tend to ignore you. I’m officially done with this place. A one star business will no longer get structured sentences filled with witty comments. I think i have said enough. Just go down the street to office max or try your luck at target.

We found a chair on there web site for a great price, well it wasn’t the price in the store, but they did match it.

There are not that many Office supplies stores anymore, so you kind of have to give them at least 3 stars, just for sticking out the recession

To be honest, the only reason this place is getting four stars is because Unilocal says that I am a fan… which I am since I really do not know where else to go to pick up office/​school supplies other then Office Max (to far down the street) or Walmart (Which I avoid like the plague at all hours of the day or night unless I am feeling adventourous)
Anyway, I have been going to this store for years and they have served me well with just about everything I need. Other then that though, its your average office supply store.

Went into Office Depot for the advertised special they were having on blank CD-R’s and I was quite pleased with the experience.
Place was easy to navigate and shop.
Checkout was fast and curious
Prices were nice and low :)
