Perfect Brows Threading Salon

My daughter and I were not satisfied at another threading establishment, so I went to Unilocal and picked this place today. (It helped that it is just three blocks from my house). I called ahead to make sure they took walk ins. I knew it would be a good experience as soon as we walked in. It is elegant and clean. Not cluttered with perfume and products they are trying to sell. I apologize I didn’t get the name of the employee because she was fabulous. My daughter is 11, and she talked to her the whole time making her feel comfortable. She did exactly what my daughter asked. Then it was my turn. I needed major eyebrow help. She could tell it was a bit painful because I hadn’t been keeping up. She apologized and was so sweet. I have a slight scar under one brow and she was able to make them both match. The other place said they couldn’t because of the scar. This is my permanent place for brow threading!!!

Literally anyone you go to does a great job. They’re so meticulous and the space is so clean. Their hours aren’t my favorite but they are right by my house so it’s fine.

I have been coming here for 7 months and would not change. Somayeh does a fantastic job. The service is great. I found my place.

Beautiful salon! I was able to get my brows/​lip threaded and enjoyed a spray tan all in one stop! They use an organic spray solution which I love and it smells really yummy! The tan lasted alot longer than I expected, even when it was wearing off it was still even everywhere! Love love love it!

Used my groupon and was able to walk in and had immediate service. Was my first eyebrow/​lip threading and Somayeh made it a great experience and I loved the results. I purchased the brow powder and brow brush so I can get the look on my own and followup appts every 2 – 3 weeks she said would be good for me. The salon was beautiful and relaxing.

I’ve never had my eye brows threaded before, and was a little nervous. Somayeh made me feel very comfortable! She walked me through the process, and it wasn’t painful at all. I have very thin brows, and they don’t have any shape at all. Pretty much– they’re a mess. Somayeh fixed them! She cleaned up all the strays, and came up with a plan to shape them, and even taught me how to shape them at home Plus, she only charged me $ 10. I hate waxing, it hurts, I turn all red, and then I break out, so far that has not been the case with threading! I’ll be back!

Used the groupon. I walked in and they did my eyebrows right away! Very happy with the service.

Somayah is awesome! This place is really nice and they really know how to shape eyebrows! I will be back here again.

Although I needed to wait about 10 minutes it was well worth it. The store is clean and bright. The girl who did my eyebrows actually took the time to tell me why I have a higher arch on one side than the other. (I sleep on my left side). She then threaded my brows and asked my preference about how thick I liked them. At the end she then showed me a few tricks to applying eyebrow pencil (I have always winged it as no one ever took the time.) Besides the awesome job (I do look fab. Bye, bye, Frieda Brow!) she never once pushed any of the brow beauty products she has in the store. I have to say I was quite impressed over all and will be coming back!

The pros:
–beautiful, clean, and new interior
–very meticulous work, she went back and forth, was frustrated by unevenness of my brows from prior work. Threaded, trimmed, tweezed, and back to threading. In the end, my brows really were perfect
The cons:
–not sure this really is one, I expected to get in and out, but she worked so hard to perfect my brows that it took 45 minutes. Prepare to stay a bit longer if you are hairy, like myself
Added bonus: they have an online loyalty program that you can earn a free threading for every 5. If I still lived in town, I would definitely be back!

I’ll preface this by saying that I NEVER write reviews; so, the fact that I feel compelled to do so today… should say something.
The girl who works here does an awesome job — she’s very meticulous and the end result is great. My star goes directly to her.
That said, my biggest pet peeve about this place is that they keep the most random hours! Why bother posting business hours on the door when they are very RARELY adhered to? I’ve attempted to come here a handful of times, at different times of the day, only to be met with locked doors. They don’t even have an answering machine/​voicemail! Completely unprofessional and frustrating, to say the least. Not to mention a waste of time/​gas!
I’ve tried to look past this before because I actually like the threading results; but, honestly, it’s just not worth the trouble anymore. Moving on…

I’ve been here twice and they do a really nice job but unfortunately the last 2 times I’ve wanted to come here I get here an hour or hour and a half before they are supposed to be officially closed and when I arrived the lights where off and no one was inside or answering the phone …

I found this place on Groupon since they were having discounts on their threading services. I came with my boyfriend since he also wanted his eyebrows threaded. We were both walk-​ins and welcomed seeing as the place wasn’t so busy. There was one lady who came in before us though.
There are only two chairs and one technician so the wait was a little while but when my turn came, she was very quick. A little pain comes with threading but she does it quickly and cleanly. We were both pleased with the end result and will be coming back :)
