they don’t even deserve 1 star. avoid this company. they sell used or broken parts and say they are new. then they deny your refund and blame it on you, the customer. i will never buy from these people again. just another name on their long list of very unhappy customers. worst business practices ever!

The worst thing I have ever bought online! The screen they sent me didn’t work as I was testing it before installing, so I PAID to ship it back for an exchange and they denied my request because«the customer damaged it»!!! Ridiculous such a waste of money. If I could give zero stars I would. I’m so upset :(

Had I read all of the bad reviews on Unilocal I would never bought my parts from PHONEPARTSUSA, but I didn’t. I bought a Galaxy S4LCD Digitizer. I payed extra to have it shipped in 2 days. I received it on the 2nd day, I’m happy about that. I’ve been without a phone for 2 days. So I just installed the part on my phone, guess what, it works! It works great. My old screen went almost black 2 weeks ago. I had the glass replaced at a repair shop, they damaged my digitizer and they admitted it. I decided to fix it myself. Not bad for my 1st repair. So I’m giving phone parts usa 5 stars. Not bad for $ 85 dollars. Including shipping. That’s $ 15 dollar’s less than I payed to have that shop screw my phone up.

I ordered a new lcd/glass screen for a kindle fire hd 7 from phonepartsusa. When I received the package, the bubble wrap was stuck to the exposed adhesive and the connector cable was smashed into the adhesive to the point it was immobile making it defective. We thought it it was odd there was no film covering the adhesive so we just happened to snap a picture of it as soon as we took it out of the box. Thank god we did. Upon trying to plug the connector into our kindle, the connector ripped because it was so deeply stuck to the glue. We called the company to let them know what happened and we were told we were at fault. I was shocked. Then upon inspecting the product they sent I saw there were what looked like pry bar marks in the adhesive, scratches all along the edge of the glass that were covered up by someone with BLACKSHARPIE, HAIRS in the glue(ewwwww) and a big R written on it. All of this on a product I believed to be NEW. They asked for pics. When they saw everything, they sent me pics of what THEIR product looks like. Their pictures of the product were pristine, NOT like the product I received. I asked to return it and they said they would not refund my money OR even provide another. I spoke with everyone I could. After many people posted on their site about hog wrong it is for a company to sell used items as new, they called me and said they would like to refund my money as soon as I return the item. I said great. Then I received an email from them that says« » We apologize for any confusion via our previous email. However, yes we will proceed with your refund upon reception promptly once we have verified all of the negative feedback has been removed from social media.” So they will not give me my money back unless I remove the truthful comments I made on their Facebook page. After stating we will not be coerced into that and showing them the screen shot of their email, they removed the comments themselves. So I Google their company. In 2013, I found two posts citing the same complaints. One man said they were selling used parts as new! I do not recommend using this company! And I have a ton of pics, videos I made, and emails to prove my story.

No way! I ordered 4 pairs of their ear pods which look exactly like Apple ear pods. I knew there were not the real deal, but I did not know that they would sound horrible and that they would break. I was walking with a pair on for about 20 minutes and one of the ear pods literally fell apart when it split down the middle. Upon emailing, the indicated that and I quote, «…these Earphones purchase are After-Market, and not the originals that would normally come with your new phone, hence the low price. These items are mass-produced, and with any items that are manufactured that way, flawed items are inevitable.» as if that made the situation okay. I had to send another two email to get them to send me their refund form. The they email the most complicated process of return I could imagine. It seems to get worse and I fear they are going to make it really difficult to get my money back. I even chatted with the customer service and they had no clue as to what I was trying to do. UHG! I am staying clear of this business.

As long as the product works when you get it, all is good. Warranty on defective screens is none existent. Do not expect a refund or replacement if the screen you get doesn’t work.

I had to change my review from what I had written below. I hope the staff is still great when I return the 2 ear buds and adapter for i6. The ear bud volume«up» worked but«down» made the song backup and did not control the volume. The adapter for i6 to the 10 pin 4s would only charge the phone. I did say to them I needed this for my 2 Boise systems to play music from my new phone. did not work. I hope I don’t have to lower the star rating again! I found them by accident when searching for an adapter i6 to i4s and was pleasantly surprised by the low price and they are in town! Did I say LOWPRICE? yep, I was going to order the $ 35 min for free shipping but no need when they are lees than 10 miles away. I could have paid less for shipping($ 2.35) than I paid to drive there but, I got my stuff TODAY! They said they need 30 minutes to have the items pulled but I got there in 15 and it was waiting for me :-) YES, staff was very nice and helpful too.

The staff is friendly and pleasant, professional and courteous. They generally offer the lowest prices on the internet for most of their parts, and their all guaranteed for at least thirty days, provided you don’t muck it up or break it during installation, which is only fair. They have an enormous selection of parts, accessories, and other electronic goodies, all on their online catalog. The staff is also knowledgeable about most matters pertaining to their products, and is they’re uncertain about a question, they’ll double-check with the techno-whiz lads in their Quality Control department. What really sets then apart is, actually, their QC department and practices. They test all parts before they’re either shipped to their customers or picked up in person, and even plug a new screen into a working phone, power it on, and test it in front of your very eyes if you want to double-check yourself. If there’s ever a problem, Mr. Martinez the Operations Supervisor is only a call for help away from the front desk. Definitely the place I’ll go for any phone parts or accessories.
