I did look up this facility before scheduling the visit, but did not look at the detailed doctor records and failed to connect the dots. Going here is a HUGE mistake. Do yourself a favor and look up the individual doctors BEFORE you go, and you’ll see just how badly this facility is run and you’ll also find records of the attitude you’ll get from the doctors. The front staff made serious mistakes every time I went, including missed and faulty paperwork as well as discussing personal medical problems in front of other patients. Last time I waited 40 minutes in the doctors office, and the reply from dr. Ang was ‘I had more important patients to deal with’. I asked to speak to the facility manager who listened to my complaint and actually agreed; but once you speak up, the doctor will cancel you in a certified mail(‘.We will no longer provide medical care and service for you.”. I had already told them I wasn’t coming back, but they felt they needed to make a point about pushing me out. There are great doctors out there with great office staff. Stay away from this group.

I was searching for a new primary care doctor when I came across Physicians medical center. I was sold on them based on their website and the variety of services they reported to offer, HUGEMISTAKE. When I went in there the place filthy and filled with signs that made it look more like a bad county health department than a professional physicians offices. The receptionist not only looked extremely board but did not have my paperwork which was filled out online ahead of time and seemed clueless about what was going on. After waiting a half hour past my appointment time I was called in to see Dr Charniga. The doctor barely introduced herself and acted like she was not happy to be there that day, she said she would give me a referral and walked out seeming very disinterested in my care. I went back to the receptionist who was clueless about the referral and had to go ask the doctor even though she had my chart, I felt like I was in the twilight zone with these morons. Will definitely instruct my insurance company not to pay for the visit.
