Polished Nails Hair & Tanning Salon

Just went here to get a gel manicure, just French on my own nails & a «massage» that involved one stroke down my arm. =45 $ I wasn’t impressed with how my tips were much thicker than the rest of my nail…
I went tanning there too which was 10 $ and wasn’t even worth 2 $ to be honest. It took half the time to heat up. & the bed looked grimey. They need some updating. Not to mention there was a fly in the tanning bed that was bugging me the whole time. And the green rags to clean the bed were all stained.

Went in after work around 7, I was happy bc they stay open later than most nail shops. Cute selection of colors and gel polishes, staff was friendly. I’ll be back :)

Messy salon… $ 25 for a pedi isn’t bad, but this is probably the worst pedi I’ve ever gotten. I couldn;t wait to get out of there.

They advertise the 70 $ gel mani and pedi but it does not exist. When you arrive the nails were great on one of us but bad on my friend. When we requested the advertised price, they refused to give it to us. 90 $ was then charged to the card and they refused to refund the difference or make any other adjustments. May not be the best option in Vegas. I would not recommend.

They get the job done! This place is neither extravagent nor cheap… but if you’re looking to get your nails done for a price that is not exorbitant, yet close to the strip, this is your place. Try to make an appointment because they only have a few people working at a time OR go during non peak hours.
I’m not sure if they sterilize their equipment because i didn’t see any sterile packets… not sure if that matters to you, but to some it might.

I was in town for a convention and needed my nails done badly. There was 1 other customer and now I know why. I should have listened to the reviews. My nails were jagged and I pointed it out to the technician several times. She only attempted to correct one hand and I left with messy, sharp nails. She kept saying that the gel nail polish would fix it — ha. No. Definitely one of the worst places I’ve been.

I had a very nice experience here. The girl who did my nails was very polite and patient with me. Most importantly they did not try to up-​sell me. I haaaate salons that push gels and what not. Also very important was that she allowed me to take whatever time necessary for my nails to fully dry. I can’t count how many salons rush me out too quickly causing me to smudge my polish.

Very relaxed and friendly. Did a great job with my nails and she was very gentle which I need because my nails are super thin. I paid $ 55 for full gel refill with gel colour and two repairs which is very reasonable. I also used the sunbed for $ 10 for 20mins which is really cheap as well.

I stopped by without an appointment a week ago around 5, glad that I was getting a much needed mani/​pedi before Easter Sunday. I got the deluxe pedi which promised to eliminate callouses and chose my fave Opi color from tons of fun colors. I dont know what products they used but they did a superior job on the callouses and my manicure still looks flawless a week later. They weren’t the most «polished» salon in terms of their supplies etc. but everything looked clean, all the girls were friendly, and I would definitely recommend them.

My nails are totally f@%*ked up… Totally over cured. I went to a Gelish class and learned from creator how Gelish is supposed to be applied. Omg my nails have been baked for so long no wonder they have to use electro drill to take polish off. Which destroys the nail and nail bed. They should be taken off with foil & little bit of soaked acetone. I had the re-​done the proper way and they look amazing. Foundation gel under the light for 5 secs. & 30 seconds for color 30 secs for top coat
So total curing should be no longer than 65 seconds the entire service.
The techs need to be re-​trained.

would give 0 stars If I could. I was quoted 30 $ for a gel fill and when I left it ended up being 75 $ FOR A FILL! Gel and glitter. My technician was unprofessional. Cursing, swearing and talking about her daughter sleeping around, and had no class. This place is a joke. Do NOT waste your money. When I went to pay everyone all of a sudden was speaking their language and was told a different price 3 times. Save your money, go elsewhere. My nails didn’t even look good. All I asked for was basic acrylic fill.

Super surprised to go to a nail salon outside of LA that got what I wanted. It may not be that way with every technician there. But mine was super rad and spent time with me to understand. I’m really picky about my nails. That being said, if you want something super current just be really clear and bring pics. Really great price point. The owner has the most amazing customer service everrrr!!! I went in New Year’s Eve. And there wasn’t a taxi that would pick me up. So she personally drove me. That’s crazy. Over all it’s a basic nail salon with a friendly staff and good price, able to pull off pictures.
Reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I waited 30 plus minutes for my scheduled appointment and they were understaffed.
Overall awesome though.

Do not go here for a bikini waxing. Not only did she do a horrible job, but she dripped hot wax on my foot and my leg and my butt. She even ripped the wax improperly and bruised skin. When I asked her to clean up spots, she didn’t do it thoroughly. When I went to pay she said it would be $ 95. I was shocked at the high cost because I was expecting it to be $ 45.

Excellent Service.
We were visiting from Chicago and had to change the appointment twice. They were patient and accommodated each change. My friend and I received the upgraded relaxing pedicures. They did an excellent job and our feet look great. I recommend going during off peak hours. When I visit Vegas again, I will go again.

About 3 weeks ago I wanted to get my nails done in a butterfly-​like design. I was looking for an in-​expensive nail salon to do the job close to home! Boy! Was I wrong!
I had shown a sample pic of the beautiful butterfly designs to a Hispanic lady and an Asian lady… after they had convinced me that they would be able to do it even free handing me the sample… I gave in out of disparity… I should have left. :/​
A Hispanic lady did my nails… I forgot her name… more than likely her name is Maria. The job was eh… the lines of the designs were not precise and it was pretty crooked and thick if you were to look closely; I kept telling her to straighten the lines up… apparently she wasn’t as skilled as I thought. It clearly did not represent the original perfect photo that I showed them.
I wore the design with acrylics for a week and took them off as I got sick of looking at the imperfections of Maria’s job.
The pedicure I got was good – no complaints, but I felt that I paid too much money for the gel designs on my fingernails and the job was… meh.
I will NOT be returning back to this place! If you want great nails and designs and expert artists, check out Modern Nails on Eastern past Warm Springs! Posh place, talented technicians, and the neighbourhood is pretty upscale too.
I paid $ 85 for the nails at Polished, designs and my pedicure total… straight rip off! Crappy job! Other posh high end places are most expensive, but the job is flawless!
I got what I paid for. :/​

Very friendly staff, liked my nails. Not the most posh place, but quick and reliable. I recommend. Ask for GiGi she was very sweet and gave me a $ 2 discount for my next visit

I was In Vegas broke a nail and googled the nearest nail salon. This location came up, so I went. They were very friendly, nice, and funny, however they had no clue how to do pink and white nails. At least my lady didn’t. Glad I just needed one fixed otherwise I would of walked out. This other lady that I shared a cab with back to hotel said that was the worst pink and white she had ever got done and seemed very disappointed with her results.
The technicians there seem to all work very slow and salon seems to be a little run down and old. Nothing nice or classy about salon. The location is also not in the best area «crack heads» seem to be walking by a lot, at least this is what was said in salon by technicians. Next time If I need a repair I will gladly pay more and get nails done at a spa in hotel.

I had a GREAT TIME and got GREAT VALUE here!
I am a little confused what the other posts were all about.
I made an appointment — showed up — and had no issues at all.
The girls were friendly and I spoke to not only the gal who did my work, but some of the other girls who were working there. No language barriers at all.
I got a full nail set done-​redone from what I had before from another salon. Polished did a great job and I was quite impressed. The staff knows what they are doing and their professionalism as well as skillsets were evident.
They did mention that I could use an eyebrow waxing, which I knew I needed. I’m fuzzy up there… and down there too… but I go somewhere else for THAT!
The eyebrow waxing was fast, skillful, and I no longer look like Grandpa hanging out the penny slot machines @ The Golden Spike (is it even still around?)
The price was right. The service and quality of work was superb.
This is going to be my new regular stop!
If they do a great job the next few times, I will upgrade them to 5 Stars.

A random pic for a quick sprucing up for the misses! Nails and brows looked great after I dropped her off and came back 90 minutes later! :) Inexpensive, friendly girls… clean and they can even understand what you want here! Very inexpensive treatment for the area so close to the strip! My wife was happy, I had and extra $ 20 to bet on a ball game and both of us left with what we wanted. I would recommend and you ladies couldn’t do better within 10 miles of having some entitlement treatment you deserve! Bring it on here! :)
