Puma Factory Outlet Store

Went here day before black friday, the staff was super helpful and sweet. Especially Jake, even though they didnt have my size in the shoes I wanted he went out of his way to help me find something I liked. I wish more stores offered this kind of customer service! I will definetly be back to this location!

I was so excited for this place to open, yet so disappointed! I’m going to get straight to the point here. I came in and got no greeting. I looked around for nearly 5 minutes and did not receive interaction from one person. Wait, let me rephrase that. I did interact with one person, but only after I asked about the pricing on the product. There was a sale going on, I’ll give them that, but the prices have been raised to the point where deals are really not that good. I even compared them to the prices on the internet. The selection differed, but I must say; I rather spend my money on the Puma’s internet site (discount special also running). Upon leaving, I didn’t even get a good bye or come again. There was someone there watching me leave, but not a word was spoken. I’d say that by chance, maybe I was being profiled, but I was dressed in a tucked-​in dress shirt so really what’s the deal? The layout was nice and Puma has some vibrant colors that really stand out. Don’t get me wrong, I love PUMA! I just didn’t appreciate the service (or lack of it in this case). 2 stars because of the location’s convenience and the inviting layout of the store alongside its’ overall cleanliness and organization.
