Made an appt at this location to avoid the long lines at the Dessert Springs area. Was in and out for my TB quantiferon. A day later, my physician called to inform me that the test was not completed due to mishandling of collection tubes. So I have to go to the same place again because they have my physician order sheet. I make the next earliest appointment to get blood withdrawn but when i signed in, they say they don’t have me on file. I had to call my physician to resend an order I wasted gas and time. This location never even called me regarding my results. My physician has to let me know. This TB is required by employer which needs me to get working ASAP. This location became more inconvenient then I first intended.

The wait at this location was ridiculously long just to sign in. There was only one lady working the reception desk so she was checking everyone in and forced everyone else to wait in line just to sign in. The good thing about Quest is that they have an iPhone app(Quest Diagnostics Scheduler) that allows you to make appointments. So, don’t be a sucker like everyone else and just walk in and wait. Make an appointment. After checking in you’ll be seen pretty close to your appointment time ahead of other people who just walked in before you. You may get some dirty looks from people who have been waiting an hour, but who cares. Quest also has an app called Gazelle that will send your lab results to your iPhone.
