She was the property manager for the town home we were renting. She always contacts you back prominently and gets your problems resolved as soon as possible! After dealing with some rude property managers out here in Vegas, she definitely deserves 5 stars!

Rachel has managed our rental property for the last 10 years and has recently sold it for us too. She is very professional, efficient, honest, and hardworking. She is always there for you… Even on her vacations. In the 10 years she has managed our rental, we never had a vacancy for longer than one week. She is an amazing property manager, realtor, and person. I would highly recommend her services.

Rachael was my property manager for 9 years in North Las Vegas. During this time I assumed she was actually managing the property. Boy was I in for a surprise.
The tenants moved out Easter weekend. I drove out from L. A to assess the property myself. Her «associate» did the final walk through. From her report everything seemed honky dory. When I got there I noticed that all exterior lighting had burned out light bulbs. There were 2 doors with patch up holes where someone’s first entered. My bathroom sinks were destroyed by a curling iron and the medicine cabinets were ruined. The kitchen range had so much grease I didn’t even know where to start.
But worse of all was the backyard. When i turned the property over to Rachael it was in great shape. I told her that it was important for her to visit the property every 3 – 4 months to assess the tenants agreement to keep the landscape in good condition. Low and behold, when the tenants vacated everything was dead!!! EVERYTHING… The tenant had cut the irrigation system. It cost me a fortune to repair and bring back to renting condition.
If you want a property manager that sits at home and makes calls on your behalf then she is your girl. If you want someone to actually MANAGE your property look elsewhere.
