I went to Reva for a couple of years and in those 2 ½yrs she moved 3 times! Which could be a good or bad thing. I would always get the 2 for 1 Radiesse special and it would never last. My cheeks would always deflate and when I’d tell her she would say that it is supposed to do that and then in 3months it builds back up with collagen. I never really saw that in my cheeks. So the 2 for 1 on Radiesse was not 1.5 but .08! That’s why I had to go back so many times. I feel so stupid & all that wasted money! I stopped going to her last year. I finally listened to my gut to not return. Do your homework in researching on who touches your face.

I visited the office requesting Juvederm injections. I was informed by Ms Frey that I should only expect to see a 20% improvement with Juvederm injections. I was talked into getting Radiesse injections instead at 2/syringes for $ 550. I wasn’t satisfied with the results and more injections were suggested, I was told that Ms. Frey had 11 such injections in her face. I feel as though I was being hustled and am not satisfied with the results. I will not be returning to this business.

I spend $ 1500. for 2 Juvederm applications, $ 750. x 2, for $ 1500., and $ 500. for Botox. I was told Juvederm would last 18 — 24 months. Her application was extremely painful and left me with numerous bruises and a lot of swelling. A few days after the $ 2000 procedure it was obvious she did not inject the Juvederm evenly. My marionette lines were grossly uneven. When I went in to discuss it with her she initially tried to tell me that no one’s face is symmetrical and tried to sell me on more product for my lips. I told her I wasn’t going to do that and thought she should fix her error. She agreed to use some of her personal product to make the repairs. It never did look right, so I went to two doctors, not RNs, for a second opinion both told me the same thing, She over Botoxed my forehead, which is a rookie mistake, and both recommended not going back to her for additional work. They both know her and neither doctor tried to sell me anything. Both suggested I wait for the Boxtox to wear off and just live with the unevenness of the Juvederm. So I have. One year, not 18– 24 months later, the personal supply of Juvederm she used has completely worn off and I am back to having uneven lines in my face. I think she must have watered it down. Fortunately I found a good doctor to correct her errors and I am sure I will have the 18 –24 months promised. Not to mention the doctor applied the product painlessly with no bruising or swelling. A real doctor provided the service for $ 800 per application and did an amazing job. It is possible she has improved since I saw her, but why take a chance. She is condescending and dishonest. The only concern she showed me was for my wallet. I guess I learned a lesson, to do a little more research before trusting someone to do this type of work on me. My first instinct when I met her was not good, I should have followed it. Don’t use her unless you want a painful experience followed by poor results and enjoy being treated like she is doing you a favor to top of it all. In my opinion, Reva Frey is bad news..

I went to Access Medical Center and met Reva Frey to get botox. Lana, receptionist, was a delight. Dr. Pollard made me feel welcome. I’ve been doing botox for years and this was my first experience since moving to Vegas. I had an amazing RN in CO do me for 10 years so I knew how much I needed and where. Reva came into the room. She seemed rushed. I explained I’m in the medical field and have been getting botox for a decade. She acted offended when I said I wanted to see her mix the botox, as I know some places can over dilute to make more money. I should have walked out then! I told her where I wanted botox and she argued with me. Argued! She said above the lip wasn’t safe? ! It was then obvious to me that she didn’t have the extensive experience I was looking for. I should have run! She was rude, overconfident and arrogant. She put way too much in my forehead and I got eye droop on the left side! I called 7 days later when the botox kicked in and my eye lid was down over my eye. Lana was empathetic but told me to go get medicated Visine?! Are you kidding me! ? Go with your gut! Won’t make that mistake again.

I had made an appointment for the 2 for 1 for Radiesse. I figured 2 syringes was enough to tackle a few areas. When I arrived for my appointment, the employees were very pleasant and welcoming. Reva was not unprofessional or rude as I’ve read on some older reviews. She was perfectly fine in her demeanor and she did wear gloves. Unfortunately, when I explained what I had hoped for in treatment, she explained that Radiesse could«not be used» in areas besides the cheeks. I don’t know if I was taken or if it’s true. So since I was already there, I opted to pay full price for Juvederm on my lips only. The fee was $ 550 and it was overpriced in my opinion. My Co worker had her lips done the same week elsewhere and paid $ 400 with noticeable results. Now I’m not sure if my expectations were unrealistic because to me $ 550 is alot of money and I expected to really see a difference. I can honestly say that I don’t feel that the results I achieved was worth the price I paid. I’m not sure if she uses the entire syringe you pay for, if product has been diluted or something but my results are minimal at best. She kept saying how«natural» they looked. I didn’t pay $ 550 for«natural» and I wanted to notice a change. I chalked it up to a lesson learned that I should’ve just left as soon as I realized I’d be paying what I did for one area and gone to advanced esthetics and saved $ 150 for possibly better results like my coworker experienced. Customer service was all good, I just think she’s over priced and should offer touch ups after swelling goes down for that price.

Reva is unprofessional, the waiting room is a cattle call. She ran a special for buy one get one free radiasse(1.6), she got caught lying and filling half the syringe with saline and only .08 radiasse, I confronted her, and continued to lie. After being caught again she said she’ll give me more, yelling at me, so she grabbed two, and got caught hiding one under a napkin. I confronted her again she said that was hers for later. I said you mix dirty needles? She is a crook, all her stuff is mixed so when you leave you look great, but hours later when the saline evaporates you look the same. If it’s to good up be true, it is. Stay away.

As I’m always looking for ways to keep the skin looking younger and smoother, I decided to pay a visit to Reva Frey, whom I’d heard about for years as all my more«experienced» friends have been getting their work done by her for a long time. She is highly skilled in using injectable fillers and I can’t recommend her enough. I wanted to get some botox injected into my forehead but was leery as the other times I had received treatments done by a plastic surgeon I was left with a very prominent bulge in my forehead. Reva immediately explained why this happened and proceeded to correct it. She used numbing cream and I didn’t feel a thing. I decided to return the following week for a filler but I was really worried as I didn’t want this«work» to be obvious to anyone with whom I work or socialize. She numbed me again and as she began injecting, I didn’t feel a thing! She filled me with a new filler called Expression which comes in a 1.5 cc syringe, giving you more for your $$$. She filled the«marionette» lines around my mouth and they are GONE!!! Completely gone in less than a minute! She also felt she didn’t inject me with enough botox the previous week and touched up my forehead without charge. It’s been three weeks now and my forehead isn’t bulging and my eyelids actually have been lifted. She definitely loves what she does, is good at it and has an eye for aesthetics. I am so happy with the results I received from Reva that I won’t go to anyone else again, EVER! She does subtle, lovely work and I wholeheartedly recommend her.

She was awful! I have been getting Botox for years and unfortunately the med-spa I used closed shop. Got a Groupon for her and thought I’d give her a try. Wow– she is rude, spent all her time trying to upsell me when I specifically said I just wanted to get my forehead done. Finally I caved in and got double the units I originally intended to get. When she realized I wasn’t going to purchase more she told me I was only there because I couldn’t afford it without a Groupon and sulked like an angry child. I wish I had just asked for a refund because she hurriedly did a few injection sites and I had these huge lumps(and large bruises which I had never experienced before or since). She handed me a frozen water balloon to apply to the lumps and walked out without a word. While the lumps did go down, I have to wonder if she waters down her product because although she used double the amount I usually get I still had crease lines in my forehead. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hack!

I have been to many many and have had botox juvaderm, etc… Reva is excellent… the Best. Her client base is huge so she is very busy but she always spends time with me. I would never go anywhere else. I love her work!

I also purchased the Groupon for botox, as did my friend. It was not our first experience with botox. We went together for our appointments and both felt we were rushed through like cattle. Reva quickly explained the amount of botox purchased could go «here, here or here». I said I wanted to get rid of the«elevens» between my eyes and my friend wanted it around her eyes for crow’s feet. I asked if it was worth using the amount of botox for the area and her answer was«I can not advise you». Great. You’re supposed to be the expert. I can’t remember if she wore gloves but she did inject us VERY quickly! She only asked us to «smile» once to place the botox. Last time I had it done it was injected slower and I was asked to smile several times. My friend wanted to purchase additional botox, but didn’t feel comfortable with Reva. Over a week later my friend has not seen a difference in her crow’s feet, HOWEVER my left eyelid is DROOPING… A LOT! I read online that only 1−2% have this side effect and it’s usually caused when a procedure is carelessly done. Lucky me! Nothing I can do about it… just have to wait for the botox to go away. Which means I have to look like a stroke victim for the next 3 – 6 months! Before my eyelid drooped, I would not have gone back or recommended her. Now I definitely won’t! Maybe someone else out there loves her… me, not so much.

Purchased a Groupon for $ 119 for either 20 units of Botox or 60 units of Dysport. 1st time using injectible or having any«work» done to my face. Wanted my forehead, horizontal wrinkles done only(an extra 15 units cost another $ 50), not frown lines aka parenthesis(which would run an extra $ 200). I didn’t see her wash her hands & she didn’t wear gloves, which unnerved me. She was extremely quick & procedure was virtually painless, sound of skin being punctured was a little unsettling. I really like that she stands by her work. She said if there is an movement which I guess mean wrinkles after 10 days, come in for free touchups, as is her policy. I think I’m hooked & I’ll pony up that other $ 200 to have my «parenthesis» done ;) Hopefully she won’t be offended when I ask her to wear gloves or wash her hands in front of me! I will update & possibly rerate after I see results within 2 weeks.
