The laywers there are knowledgeable but any business without good customer service is not a good business. The receptionist is not friendly and under pressure seems like she loses it and talks to customers like she being bothered. On our way to court, we called a couple times looking for our «fill in» laywer because he was late… every time we called, she would answer us without knowing the question and just say, «lawyer will be there and can’t give you number». We didn’t ask for his number but just wanted an honest answer. Come to find out, laywers was running late, which is fine but if we were told that, we could’ve gotten instruction on how to check in and advice court. We were nervous as it was and all we wanted was to know what was happening. I have worked with the public and know special skills of patience is needed but if you don’t have those skills, consider a different position. Hopefully our experience with this firm gets better because this firm was referred by a reputable lawyer.

So glad I went to him my immigration process! Very professional and easy to work with. They helped my daughter and her husband in his immigration process and they were so happy with the results! If he helped my daughter I knew it would be the same for me and IT WAS! couldn’t be any more happy!
