I’m only giving this place one star because the customer service was ok. I bought what I thought was UGG boots. I soon discovered that my black boots stained my feet black. This promoted me to go to the official website for UGGS and discovered that this store is a known counterfeit retailer. Do not shop here, you don’t know what else counterfeit shoes you may be getting. I’m out $ 200 for fake shoes!
