I don’t even know where to begin honestly. This place is a rip off! Most of the flowers are not fresh and are basically dying. The cashier/“florist” wasn’t very nice at all. First and last time coming here. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

If I can give it no stars I would. I went to get a quick $ 20 worth of a bouquet and the woman insisted I buy the dead one that was left in the refrigerator (the fact that that was the only one left in there) she told me it was 100 and she’ll give it to me for $ 50. No thanks
Then I told her no I want just a $ 20 worth and she’s like oh. Um we usually don’t go that cheap but ok. She then grabbed like 10 pieces and put it together and handed it to me!!! I asked her why can’t she make it look fuller and she said this is only $ 20. Are u kidding me? Then her husband asked if I want to plastic wrap it to make it look nice and she said no it’s not worth it, she’s only buying $ 20.

Great Experience! It’s a long long story, but it was around 7p.m. the night before my wedding and I needed an arrangement for the reception. Yep, nightmare. Anyway, I called the concierge at the hotel who recommended Robert’s Florist. I went on the website and the arrangement I liked was under the funeral section… lol — omen? let’s hope not. I called the store and they said that they would make what I needed and deliver it to the suite at the MGM Signature that evening. They did, at a good price and it was lovely. Problem solved. Love that. The arrangement lasted the entire week we stayed at the hotel — bonus.

Everyone is so helpful here. I don’t go to flower shops much, but when I’m in need of flowers I’ll definitely getting them here. They’re awesome and very friendly and ready to help! I’ll be back!

I’m an event planner & I coordinate flower delivery at least 2/​week across the US. I was recommended Robert’s Florist by a very reputable hotel in the Vegas area. I was a little skeptical when they mentioned ²⁴⁄₇ delivery, but I thought…“only in Vegas”. When I called to place an order (around 10am), the order intake employee seemed extremely scatter brained, unfocused, unknowledgeable, and almost seemed they were on some sort of illegal substance. (I maybe can now realize the 24/​hour delivery option) He/​She (not sure) even had an argument with another staff member while taking my order. I attempted to email over a picture of my desired arrangement, when the employee insisted that their website address (
) was their email address. Clearly their focus IS NOT customer service, hopefully their flower arrangements make up for that. Best of Luck with your order, as I choose to take my business elsewhere.

The usual florist I use was closed already because of course I’m a procrastinator who waits until the last minute on a Friday. Thankfully I found Roberts flowers on Unilocal.Believe it or not they actually are open 24 hours a day. Within 30 minutes he had one of his flower artists whip up this unique perfect centerpiece to bring to my clients wine pairing dinner tonight. They’re very affordable, nice, quick, and quality. Thanks for your help!

I had Roberts make me a bridal bouquet for my wedding. He did a beautiful job and it was half the price of 2 other florists in my neighborhood. He even called me the afternoon I was suppose to pick up to make sure I was coming, and to make sure I knew the location. He also made me a boutonnière «just in case». Would totally use them again! Thank you!!!

Robert is an excellent florist and has great prices. And what I like about Roberts is that he is open 24 hours per day.

Open earlier than others and fast. With only 45 minutes Robert put together a gorgeous arrangement. Highly recommend them

The staff were very friendly. They walked me to the back and showed me their flower collection and talked to me while they prepared the flowers. My dozen roses looked beautiful and presentation looked amazing.

I give 2 stars for their hours. It’s not the greatest feeling when you are embarrassed to hand off one dozen roses as a birthday gift after spending $ 70 on them cuz the presentaion was so poor. I would only recommend this place if you need emergency flowers at 1am.

I don’t usually write reviews but last week I had an arrangement delivered to my wife for Valentine’s Day and she is still talking about how much she loves them. I would say the arrangement has at least a couple more days. The arrangement was much larger than expected and despite it being a busy day for them the quality of flowers and delivery time were great. This was my first time using this florist but definitely won’t be my last. Thanks Robert’s for helping me make Valentine’s Day special for my wife.

Although I did not receive the flowers I ordered, they asked what they could do to make it right the following day. I’m easy to please so that was fair enough for me. The quality of flowers that were received were very nice. Because of the head florist whom called me to make things right, I will be open to booking my wedding flowers through them in the near future.

I’ve used Robert’s a few times, 2 times in store and one delivery. He’ always does a great job and gives a fair price. He’s friendly and like to accomodate to what you want and your budget. The presentation is always beautiful and I really like his arrangements he makes. I usually go with the star-​gazer lilies. Definitely will use him anytime I’m in Vegas and need flowers.

I was very happy to find Robert’s Florist open on Sunday night as I needed to order some flowers for Monday afternoon. When we got there after 7 p.m., the store was closed but the neon OPEN sign was on. Since it said on Unilocal that they are open till 1 a.m., I decided to call the phone number listed on Unilocal.Robert was there within a minute and was very helpful with our order. The flowers were ready the next day on time and we were even able to make an addition to our order in the morning. Of course if you want something very specific, I would not recommend ordering last minute like that. But if you need fresh flowers at reasonable prices at the unreasonable hour :) this place is perfect!

I live in San Diego and sent flowers to one of our employees working in Las Vegas whose father had passed. The employee did receive the flowers and she said they were beautiful, so I was pleased about that. BUT– he never sent me a receipt as requested and I have called 3 or 4 times to ask for one. Always I get a voicemail greeting and never do I get a call back. It is extremely frustrating. I would be happy to give more stars if I could actually get someone from this business on the phone and a receipt in my hand so I can get reimbursed for the purchase. Has anyone else had trouble reaching this business or getting a call back???

24 hour service and Robert really makes an effort to work with you to get what you want. Beautiful arrangements, caters to special requests as best he can, and fair prices. I love that he will fill glass vases with petals of the flowers, it’s much more attractive than just looking at stems. We use Robert’s at work quite a bit but I’ve also used them personally. I gave him a basic idea of what I wanted and it came out fabulously, way nicer than I expected. They also do weddings and special events.
