Love this place! Older buildings but they done some renovations. Airccondition and refrigerator work well and if something goes wrong they fix it asap! Friendly management that dont try to hide from you or the manager is on a 3month vacation when you need something fixed. Fast and efficient maintenance! Quiet during the day and night. They check criminal back grounds. Clean and maintained apartment complex. I highly recommend Rosewood apartments!

I’ve lived at Rosewood Apartments for about 2 years now. The reason I chose this place was the price and location. I wanted a cheap apartment on the eastside of town.
There have been a few problems here and there. And sometimes the maintenance guys would take a couple visits to fix things. But the management has changed recently. And repairs get done better now. It’s kind of an old complex. And there are some strange characters that walk through here late at night. but I guess that’s anywhere in Vegas. There are no bugs. So that’s great. It’s just your basic living space. Nothing fancy. But also not trashy in anyway. It’s not Summerlin, but it’s not too bad if you’re on a budget.
