These guys were awesome. Called and gentleman answered with a few general question asking about the problem I was having with my dryer. Had a service tech call me to get my home info and asked to confirm model number of dryer. Came exactly when he said he would with parts on hand for fix. Took less than an hour and answered more question about other appliances. Rom was a great service technician very friendly an highly motivated for 100% client satisfaction. Already have another appointment made when the parts come in.
