Why am I never greeted upon entering the store? Why are all the employees irritated when you ask them questions? I mean is this your job or isn’t it? A lot of things in this store are overpriced. I only shop here when I absolutely have to. I hate giving stores my money when they don’t even show good customer service.

I went in today and ask a fat bitch with white hair a question and she acted like a know it all with no answers and she was extremely condescending. Next time i go in Ill make sure to give you guys her name. Also there where 2 other «boys» that worked there that always gossip and act like they are from mean girls in high school. They also have white hair. It seems like everyone in there with white hair are no help at all, because their hair always looks faded and horrible, i guess thats why they have it so short because they have no idea how to take care of their own hair … much less give advise.

Horrible! !!horrible customer service ! The girl I did my return with at the counter didn’t even look at me or greeted me when I walked in, and I asked another woman that worked there to see if they had gotten my color in Stock she said «I don’t know, I wouldn’t know where it is .»

Bioterra is great shampoo carried here. Counter person was very helpful in selecting it for my wife and she loves it. Also picked up sani-​block for the feet. Works great. Will come back for both.

They’re too busy gossiping with one another to help customers. I live right across the street but I’m going to drive out of my way to go to the next location on Boulder Highway. Wish me luck.

The lay out was kind of confusing. I could find anything. No one really helped me either even though I had asked for some. the girl behind the register said someone will be right with me and no one ever showed up. I ended up finding what I needed on my own after wondering the entire store a couple of times. I gave two stars because the products in the store are good. Too bad everything else wasn’t.

My barber had me run and get some clippers from this location and I really wasn’t in here to experience much of a disaster that was described by a previous review. Quick in and out! They always ask do you want a Sally’s card and ummm yeah they won’t be getting $ 5 a month from me especially because I don’t shop here enough to even need one!

Worst customer service ever!
This is the first bad review I have ever given.
The female workers there were out right rude! The only helpful worker was the only male there and he didn’t know too much about the stores products
I will go out of my way to never shop here again
… And this is coming from someone who has worked in customer service so I get what a bad day is like but there was absolutely no feasible excuse for acting like that
