This week the sales associate sent me a post card with a personal note to apologize that the cream sandals I returned fell apart and that she hopes I come back in the future. I thought this was a nice touch and reflects a commitment to customer service. Had the second pair I wore on the car ride home not had rhinestones falling off I would have been pleased to return on my next Vegas trip. Obviously this business must care about it’s customers which is good. Hopefully upon reading this review they will seriously reconsider their current shoe vendors. I realize Satisfy My Sole isn’t a shoe manufacturer but their future success will greatly hinge on the quality of products they sell not just the friendly customer service. I’m sure the majority of their customers are tourists given their location but nobody wants to buy a great pair of shoes that fall apart once they get home, especially if they live far away and have no way to return or exchange.
