Save A Lot

This place smells. It doesn’t necessarily stink, but it will wrinkle your nose when you first walk in. It’s got that «Food for Less mushy fruit smell» going on.
Despite the less than fresh fruit, this is a great place to go on your lunch break or on your way home from work when you just can’t bring yourself to go to wal-​mart to get the milk you need to cook dinner. They have regular brands of most grocery items (dairy, meat, cereals, juices, etc.) but also some strange and sometimes funny brands. For example, I saw a box of «frosted flakes» that had a squishy looking bear instead of a tiger on the box.
This isn’t, however, the place to buy anything for a romantic dinner. Keep it for emergencies only.
