Scrubs Etc

I shopped here once and that would be my last. Unless I really really really need to buy a new pair of scrubs and don’t wanna drive far. The customer service is bad! As soon as the other customers left, they were gossiping about them. How rude! They also have a very limited selection of scrubs. Dressing rooms were cramped and the cashier was NOT friendly at all.

Great selection of uniforms– primarily scrubs, but they also carry lab coats, chef coats, and various small medical supplies and accessories. Store is larger than it appears from the outside, and well-​organized. Came for scrubs: good selection for both men and women, large racks of unisex sets, and great pricing!
Military/​student discount is 10%, if you don’t qualify they also have a 10% Unilocal check-​in discount available, too!

i have visited scrub etc twice and each time i am able to find the scrub i like. Compare to another place i went to, they have a good variety of choices including brands, fabrics types, colors and patterns.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Last but not least, student discount is available.

They have great customer service. She was very friendly and able to help me with everything I needed. I will be back soon! They have a great selection of scrubs.

This place has a decent selection of brands but not a huge selection of color within the brands. The old man who was there was friendly but you could tell he was micromanaging his employees, which i think is probably more of a hindrance than a help to his business. I heard him give the lady before me a stamp card of some sort but he didnt give me one. This was my first time there and I saw an offer on Unilocal for 10% off purchase. He was also having a sale on the Greys Anatomy scrubs for 10% off. So I figured I would be able to use both. Well I only got 10% off the entire purchase so im not sure if that was the way it should have worked or if they were just picking an choosing. I also did not get offered a stamp card. I found cheaper prices and a better color selection on Amazon. I only came here because I needed a pair ASAP and I probably wont be returning.

I was excited to see this store. My friend spoke very highly of it. I found one set of scrubs that I liked. I also wanted a different color. They had the pants but not the shirt. I was told they already had one on order in my size. The owner said it could even be there later that day, or the following Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). I was told that it could be sent to me for a small fee if I didn’t want to come pick it up (I live 20 miles away). As it turned out I was in the area on Tuesday, so stopped in to see if my shirt had arrived (I had already paid for it). Unfortunately, it had not arrived that day. I asked the employee to have the owner call me to see about having it sent, as he said they could do…
The next day I got an irate message on my phone from the owner about how Monday had been a holiday and there was no mail. He would see about sending my shirt. WOW! Just to be sure it wasn’t me I had my friend listen to the message, the one who recommended the place. She was in shock! Not sure what his employee told him, or if he got up on the wrong side of the bed!!! I wasn’t looking for free shipping, I just wanted to arrange to get the product I had already paid for. I called the store only to be told the owner was running errands. She called again later and said he had already sent the shirt out.
So I got my product, but not very nice treatment of a customer. Too bad, as the scrub store by my home has closed. I’m in need of a few more sets, but will NOT be returning to this store!

Wow!!! If you would like to be greeted and helped. And gosh… even just treated humanely! :\ I advice you do not shop here at scrubs they are so mean the 2 older owners were gossiping about a customer who called and started to fight. Their culinary wear is limited and over priced. I tried some chef pants on and asked if there may be some smaller in length?? (I really didn’t know) they both were angry and said I can buy them and go get them altered. (Ok!) But I felt so bad I truly was turned off to give them any of my hard earned money. The one girl they had working there though she was really nice… Darn didn’t get her name. But don’t even waste ur time on these poor customer service people. I’m so disappointed

What a great little find! I went in with my two little ones in tow. Boy, was pleasantly surprised to find that they have a little play room for children which allowed me to shop in peace. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They carry quality, name brand items and reward repeat customers with awesome discounts. Don’t forget to ask about their military and student discount. What a great overall shopping experience.

This place is really great, if they don’t have what you’re looking for, they will order it for you which I think is totally awesome.

I’m a window shopper especially when It comes to things I have no idea where to buy, Scrubs and Lab coats (Future Physician Assistant in the making). I’ve gone back and forth with scrubs etc and Life uniform (uniform store in the meadows mall) comparing prices and quality.
Quality of Products: ⁵⁄₅ They carry big names in the uniform world like Cherokee & Dickies. The quality of the products are pretty good and durable. I ended up buying a set of top and bottoms in black with two front pockets. I’ve washed them twice now and the color still hasn’t faded.
Price: ⁰⁄₅ Scrubs here are a bit over priced, my set was $ 60 with a discount that ended up being $ 45. At the time I thought it was the best deal till I went to walmart across the street and they sold the same pair for $ 10 for the top and $ 10 for the bottoms. I also bought the Walmart scrubs and their quality is just as good. The colors haven’t and for the price at walmart I got a good value but at scrubs etc this will probably be the last time I shop there.
Service: ³⁄₅ The service here is by far the best asset this place has. You can tell its family owned, they can be a bit pushy when your the only one in the store but that’s just sales so its understandable. Overall the couple that owns the business are actually pretty nice

I’m new to buying scrubs and this place was recommended by some friends. Customer service was superb! They helped w/​all of my questions. The store has a fitting room too.
They give a 10% student discount, so don’t forget your student ID.
The only drawback is that they don’t have petite pants in-​store. I was told they could order them though, if needed.
Go here for scrubs if you don’t purchase online, like I do.
