In 2003 I moved in to Deer CREEKAPARTMENTS, with lovely trees, friendly service, good maintenance, and in 2007 I moved out as ALLTHETREESWEREBEINGMOWEDDOWN in accordance with Siegel Suites uniform Stupidity ideas. And, left with very unfriendly management as well. Went I moved in it was a 3 – 4 star place. When I moved out it was Zero Stars, but, hey! I am a generous person! I’ll give it a Star for old times sake. It is roachy, buggy, unsafe. Laundry there SUCKSTHEBIGONE too! Unsafe after dark because not patrolled. PRICEYFORRENTYOUPAYNOW. When I lived there it was a bargain, enjoyable place to live. Then it changed to BLACKNESS in all areas of judgment.
