Smart Cleaners

They treat u like family here. They keep prices low and owner is pretty funny actually lol

Recently moved to Vegas and needed to find a reliable dry cleaners. I was lucky to find the best one a couple mins away from my house. My clothes are always ready on time and they have been able to get all of the marks & stains out. One of my favorite blouses had a stain I was unable to get out no matter what I tried. Smart Cleaners was able to get it out on the first try.

Great work and service. It’s nice to have a cleaners I trust in my neighborhood. We get blouses, slacks, button up, wool sweaters and comforters cleaned here and each time are very pleased. I spilled foundation (makeup) on our down comforter and they got it out!

Unfortunatelly, as convenient as i thought this place would be since its right in the neighborhood, the customer service can drive you away as far as you can get from this place. Prices are very, very inconsistent. Owner claims to have a special dry cleaning equipment for certain materials and when asked in detail of how he will take care of the clothes to make sure it will not be damaged, he says that his machine is not hooked up to the wall and he doesn’t yet know how to operate it haha crazy!!! They are also much more expensive then some of the other places and when we as customers bring in quite a few items to be cleaned, i believe that at least some discount should be given. I will never again come to the Smart Cleaners on Decatur and Cactus because they have failed in every possible category and another business owner will hopefully appreciate my business.
