Excellent company!!! I called numerous companies all at once to see who responded, when they responded, how the front office responded and how the actual work was done. The office person was beyond excellent. I explained what type of toilet was having an issue. She asked me to send her the make and model of the toilet and thank goodness since it required a specific part that that’s not the typical part. Due to her ability to deduce what was needed, a second day didn’t have to be scheduled. Wow! They made it to my speed dial and not everyone makes it there!

We use Sound Plumbing for all of our rental condos and also for our own home. They are always extremely professional and honest.
Mark installed a reverse osmosis system in one of our high rise units and was very friendly and helpful. He was very patient to explain the system to everyone in our house and make sure we were all comfortable before installing.
Jeffrey replaced a toilet in one of our rental units and I really appreciated that he made extra effort to check all the plumbing in the entire unit. He actually found our water heater to be out of code and was able to get it updated.
The office staff are all very friendly and professional. They always try to expedite any emergencies, often sending someone out the same day. I highly recommend this company as all of their employees hold the same level of care of professionalism. It is very hard to find honest and reliable vendors in town, so I very much appreciate when I have one that is so great!

Had them out for emergency repair on water heater this weekend. The service tech, Mark was professional and did everything up to code. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. For you single women like me who know nothing about plumbing they are fair and let you know the charges as they go.

I am a manager at an industrial plant in Henderson. I have been using Sound Plumbing since 2005. They have done everything from sank drains to install certified public drinking systems for us. I always get prompt professional service and in all of these years of service I have not had a single issue. I also use Sound Plumbing if I an issue at my home as well.

I have used them several times from really big jobs with huge reverse osmosis systems, helping fix our pool plumbing, to smaller jobs for toilet repair and water softeners. Of all the contractors/​vendors I worked with and contacted, Pete and Brian were the most honest and professional. I purchased a condo at Panorama Towers and had some issues with the guest shower during renovation. They were reliable, fairly priced, well managed and fixed my problem! I had them come out for an extra inspection just for peace of mind a year later and wasn’t charged for the visit. You won’t find a better plumber in Las Vegas.

My water heater went out in June 2013 after ten years. I walked out to a flooded garage and called a friend who referred me to Sound Plumbing. The technician came and replaced my water heater with a new unit on the same day for around $ 850.
14 months later I walk out to a flooded garage again and call this company back. They let me know that the water heater isn’t fully under warranty any longer and would be $ 450 warranty replacement. I pushed back a little with how soon this unit went out but not having another affordable option I agreed to have them replace it. The technician who came out the second time, Mike, mentioned he did quite a bit of work to bring the water heater ‘up to code’, which he mentioned should prevent this from happening again. I can see he did quite a bit of work looking at the before and after pictures, including an expansion tank, flood pan, and thicker piping.
I understand stuff happens but I have to assume bringing the work up to code in the first place would’ve prevented this all along. Had I done this over again, I would’ve purchased my water heater through a local company with more reputable reviews or a big box store like Lowes or Costco with better warranty servicing. I give this business a two-​star rating instead of one only because the second technician did a lot of additional work and was professional.
