I have been to a few dentists since I’ve lived in Las Vegas and had a hard time finding a Dentist and a office that I could trust to always do the right thing and not try to give me treatments that were not needed or do bad work, I have been going here for over two years now and couldn’t be happier .
The office is nice and the staff always remembers who you are and is always helpful.

From a person that works in customer service my mind was blown. At this office they immediately know your name when you walk in. You are greeted by the front staff with big smiles. They are all super friendly… The office is super modern and clean and it’s nice to watch TV while someone is cleaning your teeth…
They check in every so often while doing your cleaning to make sure your comfortable. They measured my «pockets» so I will be able to tell if my flossing is paying off for my next visit (no dentist ever even mentioned this to me before!!)
I really feel comfortable here. I don’t see why I would ever go anywhere else. They’ve just earned a lifetime regular. Dr. Stephen Spelman is the best. Literally.

I have been a patient of Dr. Spelman’s for a number of years, and continue to be very happy with his practice. Dr. Spelman and his staff are great professionals and, even more importantly, nice people! Dr. Spelman has taken care of many dental issues for me, including a root canal and a crown, as well as fillings, etc. Plus, he has a very friendly and caring staff, including Ashley, and a fantastic dental hygenist in Bridget. I highly recommend this practice.

Ok. Where do I start. So the dentist is my biggest fear in life. BIGGEST. I got really great insurance and was new to the city. I asked around for recommendations to a dentist. I only had one cavity in my whole life so I was thinking sweet I’ll get my teeth cleaned and bleached. I had like 17 cavities after the x Rays were reviewed. I called my mom back in ohio who’s very old school. my mother was convinced this doctor is just some Vegas dentist that wants to make a buck and is gonna do elective work on me and charge me and mess stuff up so I have to keep going back. Lol. I went back to see him and Dr Spellman walked me through all my X-rays…I say in a chair played on the iPad pulled up the flat screen tv. The assistant on the room found E! For me and Dr Spellman was so amazing not only was I not fearful but I looked forward to my next few sessions to get all my work done. I have not had a deep clean in 18 months and they called the other day to check on me and also sent a post card to remind me of my time to book a visit… LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!
