Last Friday had a really bad tooth ache, tooth was infected called the same day got an appt at 10 am, this dentist office an dentist without a doubt is the best in las vegas take it from me i have walked out of at least 10 dentist offices since I’ve been in las vegas cause of ripoffs or the dentist not caring about my pain but the dentist here go out of their way to make sure you feel no pain had a root canal an crown done an felt very little pain an everyone who works there is very friendly an they make you feel comfortable i highly recommended this business i finally have found a dentist i can trust

Had a great visit yesterday, 5÷11÷16. I had a cleaning, and 4 spots on diferent teeth filled in. The new doctor, Dr. Evans was great, very thorough and made sure I understood all that was happening and he made sure I was happy with the work before handing me over to his assistant to finish the cleaning. It’s always a pleasure seeing the lovely ladies at the desk as well as everyone else. I highly recommend this office for any work needing done, especially if you have a high fear of dentists like myself. After my very first visit, I no longer have that fear, and always look forward to my next appointment. Keep up the great work

I hate going to the dentist… everyone does. This place is an exception. I arrived and was greeted nicely. Completed the paperwork and sat down. The dentist called me into his office to chat. I have never had an experience like this. He actually made time to meet me prior to any treatment. I received my cleaning and he detailed everything for long term goals. My experience was outstanding. I will definitely recommend and I will be going back.

I have been here to see Dr Batancourt and Serenity, three times, I am getting a lot of work done, lol, I have to say, I asked him to replace a crown a bad dentist had put in this past year, I was never opening my mouth, it glowed! It was the wrong color, wasn’t polished, it didn’t match the other side of my mouth, well, Now I match, I love his work, I am here to say, this is your guy!!! Serentity makes that tooth right there in the office while you wait, and she is Great at her job… the staff is the best, they called me to see how I was doing, I give them 10 stars, goin back in two days, and I am NOT dreading a visit to the dentist!!! Thank you to the whole staff… Jessica

I took my whole family to see Dr. Betancourt and my experience was nothing short of excellence. His staff is bright and personable, and he took extra care of me (I have a fear of dentists). He also saw all three of my children who have now told everyone who would listen about how great it was «at the tooth store,» as my 4 year old described it. My teeth look great, and he took extra care to be cautious around my existing dental work. He was gentle, caring and made you feel so comfortable. I will certainly return, which should speak volumes considering my previous concerns about having dental work done. Simply the best!
