Not a big fan of this one. The staff looks confused. I came in here with the refillable mug(January free coffee per day mug) and she looks like she has never seen it before. yes I am serious its been on sale since December. She looks totally lost. Drinks wise is ok. Not that busy in the morning. Staff are awkard. not sure if they are tire. After noon super busy

This Starbucks is perfectly located in the north premium outlets. They get extremely busy but handle their business well. Drinks Coke out fast and the wait times are reasonable even when there are special bogo offers. I tried their holiday flavor and was very pleased. I’ll be back for sure when I’m at the outlets.

There’s long lines and I was sooo bummed that they ran the new strawberry acai refresher and it’s only 6! There’s a small amount of chairs. Good food and drinks like every Starbucks. At least I got my drink and food fast though. And I recommend the turkey pesto panini! It’s one of my all time favorite sandwiches!

Extremely busy location in the Premium Outlets North by the food court. They have the Trenta size here if you wanted. Wait is usually long since it’s so busy. Very few tables. Mostly communal tabletops with bar stools. No outdoor seating. IPhone order ahead available

Dear fellow Unilocalers, I came here on June 16, 2015 at 12:00 pm, I can tell you right away the workers are extremely rude to the customers. There was one barista who took my order and he was oblivious to the speciality orders even though I told him what was in it. He also sort of yelled and made the 2 minute conversation seem like a 30 minute conversation because he kept bringing up things to add in the drink and then he requested that I should not even ask for them in my drink. I mean I know your busy and probably tired but you should treat your customers with respect.

Came here on a Sunday, the place was loaded! Although I did get great customer service, after I’ve already ordered I found out that they were out of matcha green tea powder, and out of regular lids, so we had to opt for something else. But it was a hot day and anything cold was great.

Although the line is long, the location is great. Their service is fast and made me go twice in one visit at the outlet. The double chocolate chip frappuccino is our favorite.

Nice staff and a beautuful location. I came here a couple of years ago and it was very tight inside but it looks like they remodeled and it is very nice! As always the staff are very friendly and courteous. They handle my drink order promptly and with a smile. I do love my Starbucks!

A very busy Starbucks location at the outlet mall the lineup is usually 10 people deep all day. Flooded by people looking for a refresh or to use their free wifi I don’t find this Starbucks as relaxing and aesthetically pleasing as other locations however they fit the bill for creating a coffee or cold drink to your liking. On my recent visit I was quite thirsty in the Nevada shopping and at 10−15% relative outdoor humidity. So I went with a grande passion fruit ice tea lemonade. This is probably the mostly fru-fru drink I’ve had in a while. Some of my guy friends would declare this drink should have a mini umbrella it’s so girly. I’m comfortable enough to declare I would only indulge in one of these infrequently. Not because I think they are girly but that they are expensive. I wish at Starbucks you could chose your ice level(100% 75%- 50 — 25% or no ice!) however whenever I order a tea at Starbucks they half fill with ice which irritates me! I asked for less and they mentioned it’s their policy to do the cold drinks like that! ********People of Starbucks corporate– if reading this if you can choose soy milk or 2% what hurts to choose level– amount of ice?

This Starbucks is often flooded with tourists and shoppers alike. Prepare to wait in line, yet, if you become a regular, they get to know you despite the tourists. Not too many places to sit down, but they do carry more of the food options than most places.

Worst one I have ever been to. All I order is a Venti Coffee Brew, light ice and soy milk and the order was all wrong. Too long of a line to have them fix it.

We were visiting Vegas for a conference and hungry for dinner so we were happy to find this Starbucks while visiting the North Premium Outlets. The staff here were really slow, inefficient, and indifferent. There weren’t many customers around 8pm, but it took a long time to get our orders. Many of the Starbucks in Vegas as in other areas outside Seattle, don’t have scanners for the Starbucks card so they have to manually type in the number. A man ended up taking my drink by mistake and in spite of my name being on the cup, no one noticed it — not even me! This meant we had to wait quite a while for a new drink to come out and it was only a hot chocolate. There was a big family of European tourists, and I felt bad for them because they told the barista they did not get part of their order. The barista argued with them and was rude about showing them their receipt and telling them they had gotten everything. The manager did the same. A few minutes later they called out another item for the family so the customers were apparently correct in stating that they hadn’t received their full order.

22 people in line before me, and we don’t seem to be moving. Must be new people working, I don’t recognize them and they are SLOWWWWWW.

Everyone and their mom has been to a Starbucks. They have coffee, tea, snacks and other miscellaneous coffee accessories. And for that reason, I will not be reviewing their products. This is strictly on their service. They are located in the center of the outlets. No matter what time of day it is, there is ALWAYS a line that wraps around. They see a lot customers, especially all the tourists!!! Language is a huge barrier at times and it can be difficult to understand orders. The employees here have always been so friendly. They are all calm and composed, even with their 20 cups lined up with drinks to make. They are fast, which I appreciate since I only have a short time to grab my drink(grande vanilla iced coffee with a splash of nonfat milk) before heading back to work. And hats off to the cashiers who spell MARIE correctly!

You gotta hand it to them. The constant line of people snaking through this Starbucks in a day could probably wrap around the Earth. And they manage it. Located inside the always busy(I’m groping through my mental thesaurus for a word that’s busy x10… frenetic? insect-like infestation?) Premium Outlets, this Starbucks handles enormous crowds with a reasonable wait given the givens and with very few errors. Plus the a/c is boss.

Since this Starbucks is located in the busy Premium Outlets, expect long wait times… both in line to place your order and when waiting for your drink. The dining area is also always super packed as well and there is nowhere to sit. This is a coffee shop where you need to grab your drinks and go. The baristas are friendly and patient, even though they’re probably running around, making drinks like maniacs. I only come here when I really need a coffee/drink while at the mall, which isn’t very often

5 stars for service! Read on : So we were walking in the Outlet mall with a friend. I DON’T drink coffee at all… so you can see why I stay away from Starbucks in general… not much for me to see or do here LOL. But my friend wanted some coffee, so I obliged. I was looking at the menu behind her, and she offered to buy me something. I kindly said no to my friend… but the cashier overheard us and INSISTED I try something. I told him I don’t drink coffee, only a little tea, but that I just didn’t need anything. He took the initiative, and said he was going to make me a Passion Fruit Tazo Tea or some crap like that. He didn’t charge us… just made us a drink lol! It was good, and of course I threw in a few bucks for tip on the principal alone. But the effort was what made the impression… Great service!

You had to know I would rock out the Starbucks visits in Vegas too and in combination with Outlet shopping, now you’re saying my name! Great Starbucks with friendly barista’s and my drink was made perfectly just how I like it. What more could I ask for. Some caffeine and I’m good to go. Love my Bucks wherever I go.
