Wow, if you enjoy the concept of «customer no service» then you should rent a storage unit from this place. The manager Kim, is one of the meanest, nastiest people I’ve ever dealt with. If she makes a mistake on your account and you point it out to her, she gets angry, fixes the mistake and promptly kicks you out of the office. If you are disabled, she will make fun of you then kick you out of the office if you object to her making fun of you. If you call the corporate office and complain about this woman’s behavior, the person you speak to will also laugh at you. There are a lot of self storage facilities in Las Vegas and you should use any one but this one if you need storage.
