Supercuts

Came in yesterday, a Sunday, it was busy. Worth the wait. Carla did a great job. A super cut, and I’ll be back.

Don’t really understand why there’s only one lady working right now, but had to wait for quite awhile. At least she gave me a coupon for $ 2 off?

Almost no waiting even though I did not make a reservation, staff has good skills and are easy going, they suggested to buy hair products but did not pressure, easy parking right outside, decent price. Simply perfect.

I was rushed into Vegas since my friend was running deep into a tournament hence I came a day early without getting my haircut… Anyway, Sandy gives the best fade ever! I am very picky about my hair, but thanks to her I know will look fresh for the holiday weekend! Literally, I think this was one of my best haircut in years…

It took me a long time but finally found a place I can go regularly for hair cuts. I think I’ve had my hair cut by everyone in there and have been happy. The only thing I don’t like is the price: $ 15 for men’s haircuts. I guess that’s just the price these days!

Karla did a fabulous job with my hair! I had her cut off 11 inches of my hair, so that I could donate it. I was a little worried about how it would look so short because I basically told her «I don’t know what style I want. Just make it look cute.» She helped me decide on a style, and then did a nice even cutting job. I love how it looks! To top that all off, she showed me the best way to blow dry it and gave me some styling tips to use on my new hair cut. Altogether, it was better than I was expecting, and it only cost $ 15! I’ll be back the next time I need a hair cut.

Over the top excited to find a permanent haircut spot for my nephew! Sandy is the bomb! She made conversation with my 2 year old and cut his hair perfect! We will be back for sure :))

Sandy the best !! Really knows her stuff very good personality to boot. She just really makes you feel like she cares about her customer and really help me with a couple tips about the local area

Today I went in as a walk-​in and Letti took me right away. She is pleasant and listened to how I wanted my hair cut. She took the time to do as I wished and was very happy with the results. I will return to her.

Not happy.
Last 3 visits to different locations very poor results. Seem to always have new inexperienced staff who do not listen to, do not know how to, or don’t card about cutting the way the customer likes.
After last visit to this location a regional manager promised to make it right by sending me a coupon for future cut at another better salon they own, but I never did receive it.
I recommend that guys go to a good experienced barber or if using a hair cut chain, go to one w better training or more experienced staff.

Do not go here. I have been coming here on and off for years, but today I got the absolute worst haircut of my life. No exaggeration, no hyperbole. The. Worst.
Basically, I had to say what I wanted three times before it even got close to what was wanted («Short on the sides, fade it up to the top, and leave it long on top so that I can part my hair on the side»).
Three. times… And I have never had to explain what any of that meant before, and I mean ever.
By the third time of explaining, I couldn’t tell if the new hair dresser was inexperienced or angry because she clearly did not know what a fade was. She literally took the clippers and buzzed all around my head frantically with no care.
It was only when she went to «fade» the side of my hair to the top that she realized that something was wrong. She had to have her manager «fix it» but by that time came, it was far past saving. So instead, they just kept insisting that with product, I will look fine (I don’t). Instead of a nice old fashioned side part, I now look like a failed 80s glam rock star.
Hair grows back so I am not too worried, but please people, go somewhere else unless you are just dying for a frustrating (albeit humorous in hindsight) story to tell.

Came in on a lazy Sunday. Very slow day, but they work fast and efficiently. Took my nephew to get a cut and he requested a faux hawk. And the woman that did it (forgot her name, sorry! :[) and she did a great job. He looked so handsome. The salon is definitely kept clean which is also a plus. And the ladies that were working were very sweet. Will be back for sure.

Came here while on vaca with my mom on a Wednesday and thankful that I had. I got my haircut the day before my family and I had left for Vegas and the lady totally butchered my hair. I asked her to cut off all the dead/​split ends and she cut off only half an inch… That was not all my dead ends.
The girl here at Supercuts who had shampooed, dried, cut, and styled my hair was so cute and nice. She definitely had personality. I forget her name, but she had short hair and a tattoo of Elvis on her arm. She gave me ideas and told me how much she would have to cut off if she cut all my dead ends. It was a little more than TWO inches! I knew the lady that had previously cut my hair didn’t know what was going on. But thankfully this girl cut my hair just the way I wanted it.
I recommend saving your money from going to an expensive salon (like at the Bellagio) and coming here.
