I pawned my item brand new and got it back damaged … With no PROBLEM WHAT SO EVER… Kevin (he’s one of the shift leaders) he made it all the way right … Basically got all my money back … Now I know if something happens on their watch they’ll make sure they fix the problem before you Leave … Now it’s no excuse for whoever put the item back there and damaged it BUT they made sure I was happy

What can I say? After some unexpected emergency expenses, I was in desperate need of some cash. I’d never gone to pawn something before so I didn’t know what to expect. I had a few rings and a gold rope bracelet that I brought in about ½ hour before they were to close. The guy working there wasn’t super friendly or personable, but he took my items and started testing them pretty quickly. Here’s the weird thing– 2 of the rings that I brought in were IDENTICAL. There’d been a sale at Macy’s and I was placing the order online. Somehow I accidentally added the item to my cart twice and ended up with 2 of the same ring. This was a long time ago and for whatever reason I never went in to return the second one. Oddly enough he came back with one of them and said it was attracted to the magnet apparently meaning that it’s not real gold or that it has a low gold content. So he said he’d «pass» on that one. I was kind of afraid to point out that it was exactly the same as the other one that he was about to give me a price on because I didn’t want him to «pass» on that one too. So really I don’t know if that’s a dig on SuperPawn or on Macys (did they sell me a fake ring?) — but definitely something weird about that. For the ring that he did accept and another one, I felt that the price was pretty decent– although the price seemed to be based on the weight of the gold only with no addition for the stones. For the gold rope bracelet, I knew that it was 5.1 grams of 14k. I looked up on several sites to see what a fair gold price for it would be and everything said between $ 109-​$ 111. He offered $ 100. I felt that was very fair. I didn’t feel taken advantage of and I was given cash on the spot. I thought it was kind of strange that I didn’t get any sort of receipt or anything though. Overall I was satisfied. I got the amount of money I needed and was only in there for about 15 mins.

This place is a complete rip off. You go to sell them something and they offer you a ridiculously low amount, only to turn around and jack up the price close to the retail NEW price.

This is my 1^st purchase at Super Pawn and I cant tell you enough how Angry and Robbed I feel and plenty of disgusting words I can use to describe them. Don’t Waste your time or $ at this place. Dishonest and ungrateful people like the supposid Manager Randy and his staff really disgust me & bring a new shame to this world of so called sustomer service. Long story short they are crooks they will take your money and call the cops on you dam! cowards. How you going to take my hard earned $ and say your item is forfitted and keep your money and when you question it they will call the cops on you. They made no attempt to make the situation better. they are lazy and unproffessional. Worse customer service ever. I knew more about the tv than the manager Randy who just lied to me to get me the tv sold. I dont recommened this place nobody deserves this.

Went here on Saturday. They were not that busy but they were very nice and gave fair pricing and time to go thru lots of old jewelry.

I hate this place. They hella low ball you even though what your selling is almost brand new. My laptop toshiba windows 8.1 with antivirus mouse, barely use and Microsoft already downloaded and I was offered $ 150 for all of that. This place is the worst!

After emailing the corporate office I was soon after contacted by the Manager Randy and he stated that he was sorry about the issue I had selling my jewelry. He received clearance to give me the $ 75 and honoring the original quote I was initially given. I will return to this pawn shop in the future because they stayed true to their word and did the right thing.

Very pleasant staff. If you’re looking to sell video games I would suggest going elsewhere though.
