Had a great follow-​up visit, beginning with a friendly reception, a friendly greeting from Jan and learning that she knows some sign language, and my follow-​up with Nate. Making a lot of progress with the help of a great team. Many thanks to all of you for making my day. Sometimes going to the doctor’s office can in itself be stressful. I am thankful that, while the staff is professional and efficient, they also have a sense of humor, which helps.

I wish I had discovered this place sooner! I get laser tattoo removal. They numbed me with lidocaine so that the laser treAtment didn’t hurt. Chelsea was amazing. She is very sweet and very knowledgable about the whole process. It is pricey but so worth it! :)

My husband was referred here for MOHs surgery. Naturally we were nervous and unsure of what to expect. When booking his surgery we were giving a comforting explanation of the upcoming procedure, what to except from the day and how to be prepared. The appointment was at 8:30. We got there early and they took us right away. By 8:30 the procedure had already started. This place is amazing. A very well oiled machine from the front of the house to the back of the house. I was very impressed with this operation. Not only were they efficient but they were also friendly, informative and genuinely invested in our well being. Dr. Machan was amazing. He was personable and easy to talk to. He called my husband at 7:30 the night of the surgery to follow up and see how he was feeling. I am very impressed and sincerely pleased with our experience today. Dr. Machan and his team are a class act.

I cannot say enough about Dr Fife and his staff. I have experienced every type of skin cancer on nearly every part of my body. The staff is VERY caring and knowledgeable and I have been blessed to have been referred here. They stay on schedule yet give you the time you deserve for proper diagnosis and treatment. The office staff are easy to work with and easy to reach. I cannot say enough about this office for dermatology care.

If you are lucky enough to have happened across Dr Douglas Fife, let me congratulate you. I am the BIGGEST crybaby regarding medical attention ever, yet… Dr Fife and his cordial, caring, and professional staff had me at ease from the minute I stepped into his office. I had a quick initial visit, upon which he addressed some precancerous skin spots on my arms resulting from 34 years in construction under the Vegas sun. My second visit were 2 basal cell cancers which needed to be removed. His staff numbed me up beautifully to which I felt no pain whatsoever, Dr Fife methodically removed all the cancer, and his wonderfully efficient PA, Brittney sewed me up nicely to which I am confident will have a much more aesthetically pleasing appearance than before I came to their office. Then later the same night the kind Dr himself called to check on me. My wife, who has been in the medical field for over 30 yrs., was kind enough to take the day off and accompany me, and SHE gushed about Dr Fife and his finely tuned office and staff. It took many trips to other dermatology offices to find this great staff.
The office is very nice. The front staff is kind and courteous. They were welcoming and informed.
The office offers juice, water and snacks. They have wifi also for those waiting.
It was not long of a wait even with the new patient paperwork.
I met with the nurse first and she was engaging and friendly. It really put me at ease.
I next had my appointment with Brittany she is the PA. She was wonderful, kind, caring and answered every question. She made me feel comfortable.
I never once felt rushed.
All medical offices should model themselves by this office and staff.

Douglas Fife is a great doctor. He helped my scar almost disappear. What I really liked about him was that he was extremely professional. Because of that, I never felt uncomfortable around him. His office staff is also professional and friendly. Also, they were very organized, meaning they took you in pretty much on your appointment time. It was a nice touch that his office had a little fridge with a small variety of drinks. I do recall some kind of snacks there, too, something fruity that satisfied me temporarily since I was hungry. Thank you for the snacks Dr. Fife!

I went to see Dr. Machan to have some «questionable» spots looked at on my body. I was very impressed by the office. It is very nice, clean, and has a calming feel to it. I really liked all the staff, everyone was friendly, caring, and informative. All my questions were answered thoroughly. I felt I was in good hands with Dr. Machan. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about his patients. He performed Mohs surgery to remove my basal cells. I had basal cell on my upper chest & on my face near my eye. For both Mohs surgeries I was very comfortable. Dr. Machan & his staff took time to explain exactly what he was going to do, what to expect, and to answer my questions. I’ve been very pleased with how I’ve healed up since the surgery… I have to point it out because people don’t notice where I had the basal cell removed. I would strongly recommend Dr. Machan to anyone. I have no issues or complaints about my experience. I will continue to be seen by Dr. Machan on a regular basis to monitor my skin if any other problem areas appear.

Best office ever! The whole experience is top notch. Love the care from Dr Fife and entire staff. He is caring, listens, and not rushed. He is honest and straightforward in his approach. Gentle and uses buffered anesthesia as to minimize sting/​burn from injections. Very gentle. I had Mohs surgery on face to remove a basal cell carcinoma and so happy with results. He is excellent. They are full dermatology, Mohs surgery and cosmetic with variety lasers. They are low key and are not pushy about selling anything. Love, love, love this office. A+ Kim

I am so happy I found a good dermatologist.
After reading reviews for a few offices, I noticed that most patients are seen by a physicians assistant instead of the doctors themselves so I decided to go with Dr. Fife’s office. The next available appointment was two weeks out the time that I needed it, so I scheduled it. Charlene on the phone was really nice and emailed me the forms that way I wouldn’t have to fill out any paperwork in the office, she told me I would be seeing PA Brittny. I was also told the visit could cost anywhere from $ 60-​$ 90, depending on what I would need done, we will see once they bill my insurance.
One thing I have to point out, the Unilocal listing address is wrong, Dr. Fife’s office is located at 6460 Medical Center Street, Suite 350, Las Vegas, NV 89 148, which is located on the 3^rd floor of the building. If it weren’t for Sandra R.‘s tip, I would have gone to their former location.
The day of my appointment finally came, the office is very modern, looks a little bit cold in comparison to other offices but the staff is really nice. Charlene is the one who greeted me, took my paperwork and insurance cards. Make sure you’re well groomed because they take a picture of you. I had rolled out of bed, took a shower, and left for my appointment so they now have a really bad picture of me, haha. My appointment time was set for 8 a.m. there was only one other person in the waiting room with me, Charlene pointed out the waters, juice, and crackers they had for patients waiting, I thought that was a nice touch.
I was called back to the room within 10 minutes of taking a seat. I was asked some information and was told that Brittny would be with me as soon as she was done with the patient before me. The wait was only 20 minutes before she came in the room. We discussed what was going on with my skin and asked if I preferred oral or topical treatment. +1, I am highly against ingesting pharmaceuticals so I am glad that she gave me the option of choosing. She explained to me in great detail what I needed to do and how the medication worked, she is very friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. I was very happy with my appointment, I was in and out in 40 minutes. Before I left I was given samples of the topical cream that I was prescribed and I was also told I might be able to get it cheaper through a company they use vs. my pharmacist, that’s good information to know. I had a very positive first visit so I look forward to my next appointment.

Excellent. From the time I checked in to the end of the surgery, Dr. Fife and his staff were professional, attentive, and timely. My surgery was fairly extensive yet they took great care of me. I am especially please with how they took their time with the stitches. For the size of the cancer on my face, I have minimal scaring, and most people don’t notice it until I point it out. Thank you Dr. Fife.

Dr. Fife and his staff are awesome. I don’t agree with the reviewer below especially because Dr. Fife’s office is super busy because he is sought out by many… Book ahead, and yeah, if you miss your appt and someone else could’ve had it, then one should get charged a fee — many dr’s offices do this by the way.
In terms of the service and quality — Dr. Fife’s office is the one I recommend to everyone because he is knowledgeable, competent, super nice, and the results fabulous. I also see his Physician Assistant Brittny who is also great. If I had to choose one derm office, his would be it! There’s a reason why he’s so busy — it’s because he gets results. If you want the highest quality dermatology in Las Vegas — Dr. Fife would be it.

The Dr. is great but apparently they charge a $ 25.00 no show fee. Dr’s think they can get by with that. I think the guys at Big-​O Tires should charge a no show fee. How about promoters who get people on a guestlist maybe they should get a no show fee? Or are Dr’s just entitled?

I recently had to have a procedure done by Dr. Fife. They were able to give me an appointment quickly which helped ease my concern. I was very nervous but Dr. Fife explained things very well and the staff was very friendly and professional. The office is beautiful and very clean. By the end of my visit, I was so pleased and knew that I was under the right care. I would refer anyone to this office and I am very happy with my results.
