I love this place! The staff is so great. I come there at least twice a week and they all remember me each time and are very friendly. The food comes out pretty quickly depending on how busy it is. I get either the tuna holic or the screaming o. Both great choices.

Best sushi restaurant in Las Vegas! I wish it was closer to our house but ever since we started using postmates we’ve been ordering from them all the time! The food is so fresh and the flavored they put together are really amazing. The ex-wife roll is so good my wife and I often fight over the last piece. It’s a good problem!

Best sushi in town! Don’t waste your money on all-you-can-eat, low quality sushi — go here instead. Everything is fresh and staff is very friendly. Some of the sushi is even named after regular customers. A lot of uniquely named rolls — We like the salmonholic.

Sushi fever is my favorite sushi resturant in town. The service is good, the food is always fresh and everything I’ve ordered I have thoroughly enjoyed. I can’t remember the specific names of the rolls I order, but I have ALWAYS been satisfied!!! There’s a dish called«Rollie Rice»…let me tell you, BYFARTHEBEST rice I’ve ever tasted! This is a must try, trust me. Also, the ultimate shrimp roll is delicious

This is by far the best sushi place in town. My family has been coming here for over 15 years and continue to get the same amazing service along with the freshest fish in town. They are always coming up with new rolls that are just as good if not better than the originals. I would recommend this sushi place to anyone!!!

I live on the other side of town — but anytime I’m near here — Sushi Fever is definitely a good stop! This is one of my favorite Sushi spots in Las Vegas. They aren’t all you can eat… which is why I love it! The sushi is fresh! The sashimi cuts are huge! The main reason I come here — the Rolls! The rolls are huge and loaded with fish, not rice. The Sushi Roll menu is extensive. They have so many rolls to choose from! Overwhelming! They have three menus of rolls! The rolls are fantastic! * Only Bad part — they don’t have any of the special rolls listed on the order sheet. You have to write down your order on a napkin. They should get this fixed The Rolls: Some of my Favorites * Lamborghini * Ultimate Shrimp * TOP * Sushi Special #3 * Monkey Roll Definitely a great place to go grab amazing sushi!

The food is so yummy and fresh and very presentable. So much different sushis to try. It’s funny though because I rely on other peoples pictures to determine what I want to try so I can I eat with my eyes I guess as does everybody else so keep posting LOL!

Whenever I see lists of Vegas’ best sushi restaurants, Sushi Fever never appears. This is preposterous and leads me to believe that the alleged foodies making such lists only get blood flowin down south when they get a free 15 course chef’s special creation in chinatown or the strip. Because the truth is that I have never been to a sushi restaurant that can come anywhere close to matching the flavors developed at Sushi Fever. And here’s the thing, if you consider yourself to be a sushi traditionalist, i.e. it’s Jiro Dreams of Sushi style or bust, then sure Sushi Fever is not going to be your absolute favorite. It’s highlights are not the sashimi, nigiri, etc. I think those items are very good and certainly the fish is fresh but Im sure that the rice isnt as meticulously crafted as it is in Japan, nor the wasabi, and their soy sauce is indeed kikkoman… gasp! But it’s the speciality rolls with their layers and layers of ingredients that develop flavors I have yet to taste at any other sushi restaurant anywhere in the country. Rolls like the TNT, Ultimate Shrimp, Joe’s Special, and any of the sushi fever specials, are simply packed with flavor. A critical eater may say oh no there’s too much sauce it makes the rolls a little soggy… point conceded and irrelevant. This place is about the flavor and on that front it delivers 100%.

Sushi Fever is my favorite sushi place. It is located right off West Sahara in between Buffalo Dr. and Cimarron Rd. I have been dining here for about ten years. I know that the sushi is consistent in taste and I enjoy the casual atmosphere. We always sit at the sushi bar, where it is easy to strike about a conversation with strangers. I always like to see what others order and hear their opinions which spurs me on to try something new. When we are in larger parties, we will sit at a table but not the same. We enjoy interacting with the sushi chefs and we often will treat them to a beer or sake(Kumpai!) Often, they will give us a new roll to try so it makes it worth it to be friendly. The dinner begins with a cup of edamame, followed by the traditional cucumber and crab salad. The sushi chef provides you with your tray of pickled ginger and wasabi. We always start with the traditional rainbow roll which gives you a taste of salmon, ahi tuna, shrimp, yellowtail. I am a strong believer in avocado in my rolls as well. Just love the creaminess it provides in the rolls. Next we move on to the extraordinary Apple Roll served with a side of Ponzu sauce. The unbelievable thing about this roll is how much the apple that is wrapped around this roll sets off the taste of this fish. I could eat these all day long… seriously! We finished off with Rock and Roll which consists of tuna, crab, whitefish wrapped in cucumber. This roll is served with a side of ponzu sauce mixed with a little creamy mayo. The fish always taste fresh and I love the fact that whenever I eat sushi, I walk away satisfied instead of full. We close the meal out with oranges which is a nice topper instead of a heavy dessert offering. The service is spot on and friendly. I enjoy trying other sushi restaurants but Sushi Fever is hands down the place I eat sushi at most often. If you are in the neighborhood, be sure to give them a try

The sushi was a little below average. We ordered the boat in which came with sushi, sashimi, and a couple other things. The rolls weren’t properly put together and the chicken and meat skewers were very dry. I was disappointed and even sick to my stomach when we left.

Love this place! Stopped here on my lunch break and had a great sushi feast! We ordered the carrot top, Lisa Lisa, apple roll and some garlic edamame. The carrot top was my favorite! Sweet spicy sauce, crunchy fried carrots and fresh fish. We used the sauce with all of our other rolls! The fish is fresh, the service was good and the rolls are all unique and delicious.

Really 3.5 stars; in a city that prides itself on AYCE deals, it’s bold to take a stance of not offering that menu. The price per roll here is generally $ 12 – 18(which adds up fast for Las Vegans’ typically large appetites) — unfortunately I don’t find that the quality justifies this. APPLEROLL: possibly the celebrity roll here, arguably the most popular. Riceless roll wrapped in apple, only a slight tartness keeps the apple taste from overwhelming the fish flavors. Dipping sauce added another dimension but roll is just as enjoyable without it. GAILSPECIAL: lots of ingredients, tasty. Another dipping sauce, which I found odd. Almost too much going on with the extra sauce, found it better without but that may be a personal preference. Either many/all of the rolls here come with a dipping sauce(peculiar), or I just happened to get two that did. Found them largely unnecessary as they covered up the freshness of the fish, which to me is the highlight of well done sushi. Service was kind of hit or miss, and location was almost oddly casual with silent diners watching TV rather than conversing with their dining companions. Personally I’d prefer to get takeout instead of dining-in, atmosphere was awkward.
