Tadashi Shoji

The return policy for Tadashi on line is way too strict. It is more difficult than any other company I have dealt with. I have a $ 1300 credit because they would not take back dresses I tried when my daughter was getting married. I don’t need any fancy dresses, so I am offering the credit for sale for 10% off if anyone wants it.

I love, love, love their customer service. I just called today to see if they have a few dresses I like in stock and Erin has been more than helpful so far. Over all Tadashi Shoji as a company and a designer is just amazing. From the craftsmanship to all his dresses to the way that they handle their customer relation, first class! Can not possibly go wrong with this brand! I can’t wait to try on some wedding dresses, I am def set on a Tadashi Shoji gown!!!

I spoke with Erin on the phone to elicit her help in special ordering a skirt for my wife for our son’s upcoming wedding. We found the skirt online, but it was out of stock. Erin was very efficient, friendly and professional to deal with. We are hoping the factory is just as efficient in meeting the May1st deadline to make the skirt.

We had a wonderful, relaxing, low pressure experience here thanks to Samantha, the associate who helped our niece. Samantha was very knowledgable and tasteful, ensuring our complex set of needs were met.
I highly recommend this shop for the best dresses possible.

I have never set foot in this store, but want to comment on the PHENOMENAL customer service I received from the corporate level, as well as two associates at this location.
I received last minute tickets to the official inaugural ball. I knew that I wanted to wear Tadashi, as I have many cocktail dresses by him and love them. I could not find the dress I wanted in any stores in NYC, and I knew with the event approaching (and a holiday weekend), time was running out. In a desperate panic, I emailed the corporate email my situation and was wondering about overnight shipping options from their warehouse. Within 30 minutes, I had an email from an associate, Samantha, at this store who was an INCREDIBLE help. She explained that they could overnight it, checked inventory and even passed me to Kara, another associate, for follow-​up, additional details and to make the purchase, the next day. By 10am on Friday morning, I had a beautiful gown in my possession!
So grateful to both associates and to the company for hiring such a high quality staff! I can’t wait to stop in here when I’m in Las Vegas next month!

I’m in Vegas on a girls trip, of course shopping is going to be part of the adventure. While walking through the Forum we stumbled into Tadashi. The display is so BEAUTIFUL and since it’s in the Forum our first reaction was that it was ridiculously expensive. No one wanted to venture in and I said LET’S SEE.
SO happy we walked in here. The dresses are stunning, they look like they cost $ 1000’s but were all under $ 400 AND they have a 50% off clearance area. Of course we went shopping. The staff is super nice and if you have your husband along there is a beautiful sitting area near the dressing rooms for their comfort.
This is a MUST stop shop if you are in the Forum. It’s upstairs near the Planet Hollywood restaurant. From now on when I have a formal or cocktail event to go to, this WILL be my first stop.
