Vegas is in no short supply of entertainment, but if you are looking for something off-​the-​beaten track, high quality, unique, and extremely hilarious, then you have to check out The GET. I have been to several shows, and every time it is different with new comedy sketches, stand-​up comedians, and completely improvised comedy sets. The Onyx Theatre provides a nice intimate environment and has a comfortable atmosphere, allowing you to get up close and personal to top local and out-​of-​town guest talent. If you are looking for something off-​strip, affordable, and fun, I would highly suggest you check out this show.

Definitely a show to check out on Friday nights at the Onyx theater. It is fast-​paced with a mix of sketch, stand-​up, and improv. The material is fresh each week and you cannot beat the price for all of the entertainment that you receive.
This show is great for locals and tourists alike. Locals get to check out our burgeoning comedy scene. Tourists can have such a unique, off the strip experience and there are some great Thai restaurants in the commercial center, so you can even make a night out of it!

The GET at the Onyx is where the locals go for Sketch, Stand Up, and Improv comedy. This is where you’ll find all the up and coming talent in Vegas. These performers ride the edge and sometimes jump right over it. No show is ever the same and it’s a steal at only $ 10. These kids have chops. We had such a fun time, we’ve made The GET part of our weekly ritual.

What a great time! It had something for everyone, sketch comedy, stand up, and improv. All for $ 10! I heard that they are working on getting a bar as well, which will make it just that much better. I will definitely be heading back, since each show will be completely new.
