Loved how my nails turned out but went today and it was 32 for mani and pedi the lady said it would be $ 10 more for gel so I said okay… I had gotten a nude pink and a glitter rose pink the service was amazing but when I went to pay she said it was 53 dollars and .50 cent card for card the .50 was no problem but when I asked what the extra $ 10 was she was trying to tell me but couldn’t explain… and I couldn’t understand her. I was in a hurry I had told her she told me it was 42 and she just looked at me so confused… definitely when you go your gonna have to ask how much it is every 5 minutes cause that was a little ridiculous. I came in for a 32 mani pedi:(love this place just the communication there sucks!!!

I have been coming here since I was a freshman i high school, so about 12 years or so. Carol and Jackie are hilarious, the prices are very reasonable and its a comfortable setting. My nails always look amazing! Love you gals!

As of 8−1−15 management/​ownership has changed. Completely different vibe and a few new people. Airbrush machine was removed for some odd reason. The shop is more open space wise. This place is now open on Sunday. Love the added flatscreen televisions.

This place is garbage, just took my wife to get a simple fill and the lady doing her nails cut my wife with the Dremel tool, and then laughed about it. wow! Save your fingers and money from this hole in the wall

I will never go this place ever again. My normal nail salon was booked so I decided to go somewhere else, since my lack of patience got the best of me. Wrong decision. I first walked into a man cleaning the floor with bleach and a single old sponge. Looking at some of the reviews I was hoping this was a hidden gem, however I was mistaken. I was worked on by an older woman who first made fun of the shape of my nails, (I like the coffin shaped) and slapped acrylic on my nails within 3 minutes topped and not in a good way. I frequently get my nails done and I felt rushed and she was very sloppy. When she brought out the drill, she proceeded to work on my ring finger when she drilled right into my skin, splitting and breaking the skin and causing it to bleed, she immediately laughed requesting me to give her back my hand in which I grabbed my purse and walked out. I immediately went back to my regular nail salon, and made an appointment. I would rather wait 2 hours for an opening to get them done right, then to ever go back to this place!

Stopped over here yesterday for my first pedicure in about 2 ½ years.
I haven’t taken the time to pamper myself in ages, and a friend wanted to take me for my birthday.
This location is super close to where I live, and its open, clean, and doesn’t have the overwhelming chemical smell some nail salons have.
We were invited to sit in the pedi chairs within 5 minutes of arriving. My water was a touch too hot, but they adjusted it without issue.
The girls who did our pedicures were great. They took their time, and it was probably 20 minutes or more for our full, basic pedis. The girl who did mine tried to be gentle, since I’m SUPER ticklish.
My toes look and feel better than they have in a long time.
Now that I know that this salon does a good job, I intend to be back more frequently.

A customer from the store where I work recommended me here. My medical makes my nails ugly and brittle so I thought I’d try a set of acrylics.
LOVE THEM! My only requirement for design was yellow (March is Endometriosis Awareness Month), I gave the nail tech complete creative freedom with the rest of the design. My nails look and feel great. Very thorough job, the two women working were joking and having a good time. It was fantastic! First time I’ve gotten a set done since living in Vegas, this will be my regular place now.
$ 30 for a full set, and I wasn’t charged random extra fees for designs, etc.
Highly recommend!

When I first walked in I was greeted with a «hi what you want»!?Which is very rare in a nail place. Anyways I said pedicure and polish on my nails, she said pick a color, I did I sat down an old lady did my express pedicure it literally took 15 minutes for her to do them. Didn’t even do it right my polish on my toes looks like my little sister did them the polish on my nails was as terrible. I had a red polish before and she removed half and the other half was on my nails I asked her to removed it and said it’s your skin! I was so upset with my self for trying this pathetic place. I would seriously not recommend this place I could of used my 30 $ somewhere else! So do your self a favor and find a better place!

Best nail place! I have been going to this place since high school and always get treated like family. The staff is friendly and great. I would never go anywhere else.

i went to boba city café for my favorite dessert in the same plaza. i got my french manicure and pedicure done here for first time. they did it in less than 45 min for both set. it always takes more thAn 1 hr to do a full set at other places. The massage was very quick but i guess its ok. if you are in a hurry. my nails & toes look ok. nothing spectacular.

Other reviewers mentioned that the staff is friendly which seems to be true, BUT that’s not enough. Came in with my mother in law and we both sat down for a pedicure. I quickly noticed their chairs and I loved how they’re new! We did have a nice conversation with the man and woman who did our nails… aside from that there wasn’t much more. I mean the pedicure was literally 10 MINUTES long. I have never had a pedicure that short in my life. Also from past experiences the nail technician would help me put my slippers back on but the lady was NO WHERE to be seen! I am still in shock that we paid $ 22 for a 10 min pedicure. Smh won’t be back anytime soon & you can out on that!

I love this place! My mom and I have been faithful customers for about 3 – 4 years! They treat us like family and their prices are better than any other nail salon :)

The Nail Experts is on South Rainbow in the same plaza as Lee Discount Liquors, La Petite Academy and other stores.
The shop is clean. They work fast (I was in and out in half an hour) and do a good job at a decent price ($ 12 for my manicure). I was a bit disappointed that my favorite part of the manicure, the hand massage, was SO short… but it’s ok.
I’d come back here… keep in mind, I have a 2 ½ year old and sometimes half an hour to myself is all I can do. If I had come here KNOWING how fast they would have me in and out, they may have received 5 stars.
