Lots of places offer workouts they call Pilates, but if you want the real thing come check out The Pilates Firm. The classes are fun and always challenging and just when you think you’re getting good at it they tweak it and you’re humbled. I started taking classes about a year and a half ago and the changes have been wonderful! Goodbye double chin, hello collar bones! The instructors are excellent. They know exactly how to get the most out of each exercise and everything is adaptable to different fitness levels and abilities. I look forward to being able to do a perfect teaser someday!

My husband and I started Pilaties and got lucky enough to find this place. Pilaties gets my husband and I to stretch and use muscles we don’t normally work out. We feel great, sleep great and look even better! Everyone there is amazing, from being a beginner to an expert, this place rocks. Rene is an amazing instructor. Very professional and always aware of what your body can handle. Love this place!

Finally, a guaranteed jackpot winner in Vegas! Juliet is ridiculous (in a really great way). A huge component of Pilates is the instructor and Juliet is all aces. Constant engagement and attention to details makes for a challenging and highly customized session. With no shortage of passion and a deep understanding of the work, Juliet is second to none. Did I mention Juliet found some added power for my golf swing, now if I can only learn how to putt the darn ball. This is what Pilates is all about and it doesn’t get better than this place.

Pilates was foreign to me until I was able to experience The Pilates Firm. I have become hooked! I think that Pilates has allowed be to become more aware of my body so that no matter what exercise I am doing, I am aware of what muscles to engage and as a result, I know my body more than ever. Juliet and her instructors do NOT let you cheat. They pay attention and are extremely meticulous so that you are working and giving your best at all times. They pay attention to every detail and make sure you reach your full potential. I am so excited for The Pilates Firm! What a difference you will make!

Juliet gave me a great Pilates session… I teach Pilates myself and it’s always amazing to find another instructor with the attention to detail but ALSO has a VERY friendly approach to the profession!!!
I will call some her again the next time I’m in VEGAS BABY :-)
